I was having issues with my sprinklers and couldn't figure out how to fix them. Steve went out of his way to come check out my issue. Thankfully it was a simple fix, but Steve proceeded to give me a ton of information and tricks for future problems. Wonderful service, I'll definitely be calling for my future sprinkler repair needs.

Called at 630 on a Thursday. Steve answered and said doing emergency calls. Said heavily booked but would try to check my system out late Friday. I had new sod put in 4 days earlier by my gardner and concerned about water requirements. He arrived next day around 6:30 from Anaheim Hills (hour drive) and reviewed my older sprinkler system. Said was about as good as older system could do without total redo. ADVISED best way to protect investment through proper watering and oversight. Prince of a man, obviously dedicated to quality service.

I can’t say enough about Steve especially and his crew. Responsive, caring and committed - he/they stuck with a muddy mess of a job until it was done. It was one those jobs that just keep on giving (and not in a good way). I was so impressed with the his absolute tenacity at getting it fixed so that my parents were neither without water nor spewing water down the street anymore. And right before a holiday. I am beyond grateful. Today Steve and OC Sprinkler repair landed on my hero’s list. Thank you for the way you handled everything from the minute we chatted to the moment you shook my Dad’s hand. Such a quality human being! :-)

Phenomenal service, Steve did an amazing job fixing the sprinkler so we could turn on our water again. He was available on Sunday afternoon and on time, super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We are very happy, don't how people can complaint about the guy.

What can I say.

I called Steve regarding my problem of my master bedroom toilet wall vibrating like a machine gun and very loud. Scared the hell out of me.. Prior to that, the vibration was short and mild like someone knocking on the wall.
Called Steve, and he said he was tied up today due to so many emergency calls.
Believe it or not, he insisted he would do his utmost best to come over and just trouble shoot to give him an idea if the sprinkler valves were the problem. As busy as he was, he made the time to check the problem. as life id, when we turned the sprinklers on no problem could be determined. We tried and tried to no success.
I told him I would tape the noise if it happened again so he could diagnose the problem. And you know what, he felt it would be wrong to charge me since he could not diagnose the problem.

Now, that is what I call honesty & service!!!

Honest, professional and experienced are the words I can say about this service. I had a gardener gave me a quote to fix the whole sprinkler system for $1000, Steve came over and simply fix the valve problem which doesn’t needed to be replaced for a minimum service call fee . I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism, I will definitely use them again.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job of tuning up my sprinkler system and adding an extra valve so that I could save water by separating my lawn sprinklers from my drip irrigation lines for my plants and shrubs. When I mentioned that I was also having problems with my outdoor lighting, Steve's foreman John Pellerito offered to fix those problems as well. When time ran out tuning up our sprinkler system, Steve arranged to return the following week to repair our outdoor lighting himself. He did so yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the results. He explained my repair options to me clearly and let me choose the option I could best afford. I continue to recommend Steve's company for sprinkler repair and now for outdoor lighting because I can always count on them to do things right the first time and explain my options to me clearly. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Steve was nothing but helpful to my friend who was trying to ensure the sprinkler was working at her family’s home. He walked her through the sprinkler system box set up via phone since he was unable to show up that day. However he showed up the next evening to ensure the system and the sprinkler heads were functioning correctly. He is friendly yet professional and although a busy business man, he took time out of his personal schedule to make sure she had the piece of mind that the sprinkler system was running efficiently and not wasting water.

Gotta give a big thanks to Steve. A few months ago city contractors came out to do some curb repair and in the process the broke the sprinkler line. They repaired it but then created another problem. After they left, our timer stopped working, so for the last few months we've been doing things the old fashion way...manually. Well, days and weeks went by and today I finally got around to seeking help. I called Orange County Sprinkler Repair and within an hour Steve was here and things were up and running again. Not only did he fix things but he showed me what to look for in case it happens again. Same day service, super reasonable price. Thanks!!!

They are simply amazing!! Orange County sprinkler repair was the best phone call I ever made in a year long water leak problem. Many other companies had attempted to find my Water leak, this company did it in less than 30 minutes. We called OC Sprinkler Repair when we discovered that several sprinklers in our yard weren't firing according to the timer, and that there was a leak in one pipe. They made it out the same day and found the problem quickly - they narrowed it down to loose module in our timer unit, making the fix easy and saving a ton of time and money. They fixed the leak at the same time. I couldn't be happier with the work they did!

Todd was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable not only about sprinkler systems but also about native Californian plant life which aided in properly resetting heads and timing. Very competitive on service rate and had us service same day!!! We will continue to use!

The jewels in the crown. Steve and his excellent crew are smart and driven to fix a job properly. I had a pressurized water pipe fail under a tree in by back yard and while two other contractors came and said they couldn't fix it and would likely have to tear up expensive custom hardscape, Steve and his guys took on the challenge and won. Unreal service in this day and age when contractors are often so reluctant and unhelpful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I called OC Sprinkler repair in an Emergency situation Saturday at 4:00 PM!! I had a broken main line going into the house. I am so happy that they were willing to come late on a Saturday. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the broken line, and also installed a shut off valve to prevent this from happening again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND…OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND VALUE!!!

I love working with these guys. Steve seems to always pick up his phone right when I call. He makes sure he understands your problem and even makes special accommodations if your time is tight. In this case I was leaving for vacation the next day and I had a sprinkler valve leak. He sent Dale out to fix it early the next morning. Dale was fast, polite, cheerful, and efficient. The cost of the repair is so reasonable you should never do it yourself. Also - Steve does a great job with landscaping and tree pruning - so call him for that as well.

I have a slop in the backyard that the irrigation system was not working properly after tree and brush removal. I called OC sprinkler repair yesterday and explained the issue, the response time was amazing Jose Jr and his helper were at my home at 8am today and diagnosed and resolved all the issues and tuned up the irrigation system by 10:30. the price was reasonable and the work was very professionally done. I had a sprinkler problem early one morning. One sprinkler would not turn off. I called Steve at OC Sprinkler Repair and he was able to come over very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair in under an hour. Grateful that he was available on short notice to help me out!

I had a Sprinkler issue that required an immediate repair on a Saturday. Steve, the owner of Orange County Sprinkler Repair, was out in short order and what looked to be a routine repair turned out to be a convoluted nightmare. The complications were dealt with in a professional manner. The price was way more than fair and the workmanship was second to none. If you have landscape needs and want an Honest businessman who will do great work at a very fair price, call Steve at Orange County Sprinkler Repair, he cares about his customers just as much as the quality of his work. He is on speed dial for any future landscape work I may need or choose to have done.

Emailed explaining a complicated irrigation problem and Steve promptly followed up. I took the afternoon off work to meet with someone other than Steve who apparently was not provided my email explanation of the problem and had only enough knowledge to tell me he couldn't figure out the issue and would need to consult with someone else.

Later, after a minimum amount of back and forth, I scheduled a new appointment for a Saturday (I couldn't take more time off work). Because it was an potentially difficult problem I agreed to pay a fee for the most experienced irrigation repairmen to visit. There was also an odd discussion about whether Steve even wanted the repair challenge because of his interest in maintaining his Yelp rating, but that is a different subject. Anyway, days before the appointed time I called Steve to confirm the appointment. I was told no problem. Then the evening before the appointment I emailed to again confirm.

The next morning, I waited and waited. When the service period window lapsed I called and left a voicemail asking if Steve was still planning to make it. I waited a bit more and finally had to leave to get other things done. Later, I must have missed Steve's call but I got his voicemail response. In short, Steve seemed aware of the appointment but because of the recent rains took emergency work for other customers instead and wasn't going to be able to make it at any point that day. If this was true, Steve provided no explanation for why he or someone else could not have placed a 10 second call to tell me he couldn't make it rather than let me idly sit around a couple hours waiting.

I contacted Steve because they had a number of good Yelp reviews. I can't rate them on their work since they failed to show. But, in my opinion, if you can't handle the customer service, I sure can't trust the work you might do for me.

They came within an hour of my call on a Saturday. Steve figured out the problems quickly, dug out the broken pipe and had the parts on his truck. There were problems with the actuators, but they figured out methods to repair them rather than replace them.

Before they left, they checked all stations for operation (I had done some actions to try and stop the problem that needed to be reversed.🤭). They went over with me any questions I had, and explained some simple solutions I could usr for other changes I wanted.

Way better than I ever expected!

I spoke to Steve, the owner of the company, and within an hour he sent Todd out to help Repair and program our drip sprinkler systems. Todd did a great job, repairing the system and explaining the functions to us thoroughly. I highly recommend this company and their friendly, fast, reliable service.
