Jordan and Michael were incredible. I had a very difficult situation with the Spanish tile in my kitchen. Jordan and Michael came TWICE to clean it and did an excellent job. They were very honest, punctual, professional and got great results. Their skill and customer service was incredible and I highly recommmend them.

I had Michael come to my apartment for a carpet cleaning. He was absolutely awesome, very nice and professional and was an angel to my puppy! The work was done quickly and looked great. He also was a few hours early, and obviously loves his job!

Called this cleaning company to clean up some stains on our stair carpet left by movers and contractors who insisted it was law to wear their uncovered shoes in our home. At the same time, I decided I may as well get my huge sectional sofa steamed cleaned too, since it has been a long while.

In short, we couldn't be happier with our entire experience with OCD Home. From the time I called and spoke to Melissa to set everything up, she was so nice, so friendly, and so patient and helpful.......to the time when Michael was sent out to do the job.

Michael is a great guy...so nice, friendly, professional, and took great effort in doing a great job! He knows his stuff and he does it well.

I usually get very nervous hiring new people to do work at my home as my wife and I are very house proud and like a clean and tidy home. From my first interaction with this company, I could tell that I really liked this team, I felt very comfortable communicating with them, and that I can most definitely trust them....especially for future bedroom carpet and persian rug cleaning jobs we have planned for the near future.

I highly recommend Michael at OCD Carpet Cleaning! I was really worried after having a flea scare in my house and wanted to be OCD clean, but Michael did an incredible job. He was super thorough, walked me through everything, and was open and flexible about pricing. On top of that, he was so kind and warm, making it easy to have him in our home for all those hours. OCD Home truly deserves more than 5 stars. I scheduled with them through Yelp, and they were excellent with communication, sending emails and texts before their arrival with the exact time. They arrived promptly, provided a quote, discussed the details with me, and then proceeded with the cleaning.

Our home's tile was a bit challenging due to a heavy coating left by the previous owner's improper waxing. Michael and Jordan took the time to explain the situation in detail, patiently helping us understand why the tile looked the way it did before cleaning. They did an outstanding job, cleaning thoroughly and professionally.

We will definitely be using their service again, and our neighbors have already inquired about them. I highly recommend OCD Home and want to thank Michael and Jordan for their excellent work.

The actual carpet cleaning was great! We didn't have much soil, but wanted to freshen up our carpet, rug and recliner. Our only issue is, as the "carpet cleaning experts", it would have been more professional to encourage us to wait until the rain was over. The technician told us to run the AC for an hour and we should be fine...well 12 hours later, the cleaned areas were still damp :-(

I am so pleased with the customer service offered by OCD Home. I had my carpets cleaned and then sent an email a couple weeks later saying I was a little disappointed that some of the stains didn't come out. They responded immediately and the owner, Jordan, came to my house that same day after he was done with all of his other jobs. He explained some of the challenges with wool rugs and cleaned them again. I am so happy with the results and am impressed with the level of service. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Jordan is a very professional young man- he quoted for two area rugs, came out and did exactly what he said he would do and really made my area rugs look like brand new! I only wish I had before pictures, because seriously my area rugs were filthy, and I thought I would have to replace them! My carpet was neglected for quite some time and was heavily stained. I was honestly not sure if they could be restored to their former glory. However, Jordan tackled the job with confidence and expertise. He used top-of-the-line cleaning products and equipment, and his attention to detail was impeccable.
