Best service all the way around! Melissa scheduled the appointment, she was so sweet and professional. Jordan was equally as kind and professional and did an amazing job on the carpet. The carpet was a mess beforehand and after looked almost as good as new after!

OCD Grout is professional, timely and communicative. Michael was friendly, and it was clear that he has great integrity in his work. Staircase carpet and rug came out looking like new! I would highly recommend using this firm for your cleaning needs.

OCD Carpet Cleaners were awesome! Very thorough, punctual & careful not to damage corners or other property. Friendly personnel, they confirmed the charges/costs ahead of time so no surprises! Beautiful job - love how meticulous they are with the final look!

I used them for a tile cleaning, tile was in rough shape.

Initially was a little disappointed since I saw some spots that could have probably used more attention.

Gave them a call afterward and they were happy to come back and address my concerns. Confident at this point no one could do it better.

Punctual and very respectful of home. The employees were on time, explained what they were going to do, wore booties in my home and mopped and cleaned up after themselves. After working with other vendors who feel like their employees were hired from standing in front of home depot and barely communicate in English let alone explain their work, I am so grateful for the professionalism and work of the OCD employees. Highly recommend.

I just hired Maidpro Tustin to come and clean my two bedroom one bath apartment in Laguna Beach, and had met the owner through my business networking group which puts our members through a Rigorous screening.

Marci the owner is so professional and sent a cleaner who was fantastic. My place is only 1000 ft.² and in 2 1/2 hours she deep cleaned our bathroom, which was really in need of a cleaning, mopped our floors, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen (even the appliances) and all the countertops and even cleaned all the dust under the bed in the, main bedroom. The cleaner was even able to clean the upholstery on my couch and chair. I couldn’t believe she fit everything in and was so detail oriented. She also brought all the cleaning supplies and used eco-friendly products.

I can’t recommend Marci and her cleaning company enough, they were professional, communicative, on time and detail oriented!

I will definitely have them back and highly recommend this company and appreciate that, they are licensed, bonded, and insured!

I hired Jessica and Carolina to come clean my 1000 square foot apartment on short notice on a Saturday and it was well worth it! The two of them did a fantastic job. I am very happy! I am having surgery soon and I will certainly call Jessica and Carolina again. They also cleaned my large area rug and restored it good as new! I was considering throwing the rug away until Jessica and Carolina cleaned it! Thank you both for a job well done 👏!

We tried Maidpro today for the very first time and were quite impressed. Kimberly and Andrew did a spectacular job. Our wood floors haven't looked this good in a long time.

Working a full-time job and a part-time job means time is at a premium for my husband and I. I somehow manage to get the dishes, basic vacuum running, and laundry washed, but things like dusting and mopping? These fall by the wayside.

It is good to have a person come help out with mopping, scrubbing the tub and the toilet. Miracle of miracles, the hard water stain in my tub and toilet are gone! (If you live in Tustin, you know this problem!!) The house smells clean. Cabinets were wiped. Dressers were wiped. This apartment has so much less dust build up.
