The team did an amazing job with our carpet, rug and sofa. There were some tough stains and went above and beyond even repairing some areas of carpet that needed trimming due to pet damage. Definitely 5 out of 5 and will use again.

Not the cheapest or most expensive. It is said that the most expensive job is the one not done right the 1st time. We have a naughty dog and busy 4 yr old grand kid who trash the carpet and furniture. Jason and his crew swoop in and take the dirt and pet odor away. Happy we found them!!!

I’ve used Pacific Carpet Care twice to clean our floors, carpet, and rugs. I will definitely use them again! They made my carpet and floors look and smell like new! Their attention to detail and customer service was amazing! Jason explained their process to me and completed the job in the time he quoted. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does.

Jason and his helper did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and sofa in my son's student apartment that had not been cleaned for over 5 years with various roommates. They have a powerful truck mounted system that is the best way to get the deep cleaning that I wanted. They were able to remove some very dirty spots that I thought could not be removed. I highly recommend them and would use them again!

Excellent job and reasonable prices. We had our living room,hallway and master bedroom done and they look fantastic. I was really impressed because we have white carpeting in the master and it never comes clean like that. The last company we had do it, left and as the carpet dried the stains returned . The living room and hallway look fresh and all the foot and shoe marks are gone. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
