Michael was our technician. He came earlier than expected, was professional, courteous and nice. He was efficient and cleaned our place really well. He even gave me tips on how to spot clean my rugs. I would recommend OCD and Michael anytime.

Jordan was both friendly and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was able to remove a difficult blueberry smoothie stain in one of my bedrooms. I could not recommend him any more highly. My carpets look beautiful!

My technician arrived, after calling to let me know he was about an hour and a half early, I said, please come ahead. I had to leave while my husband was with him.. When I got home I checked in the first bathroom and the tile looked almost brand new!! What a joyous surprise. Great job, excellent response time and fairly priced. I have already referred my neighbor - she as impressed and hope to call them.

Excellent service. Very easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, timely responses and friendly. My large area rug which had been through the wringer with 3 teenage boys, pets and a busy house came back looking like new. They also did carpet cleaning and tile cleaning and the technician was friendly and did great work. I highly recommend using this local business.

Jordan and Michael were incredible. I had a very difficult situation with the Spanish tile in my kitchen. Jordan and Michael came TWICE to clean it and did an excellent job. They were very honest, punctual, professional and got great results. Their skill and customer service was incredible and I highly recommmend them.

I had Michael come to my apartment for a carpet cleaning. He was absolutely awesome, very nice and professional and was an angel to my puppy! The work was done quickly and looked great. He also was a few hours early, and obviously loves his job!

Called this cleaning company to clean up some stains on our stair carpet left by movers and contractors who insisted it was law to wear their uncovered shoes in our home. At the same time, I decided I may as well get my huge sectional sofa steamed cleaned too, since it has been a long while.

In short, we couldn't be happier with our entire experience with OCD Home. From the time I called and spoke to Melissa to set everything up, she was so nice, so friendly, and so patient and helpful.......to the time when Michael was sent out to do the job.

I usually get very nervous hiring new people to do work at my home as my wife and I are very house proud and like a clean and tidy home. Outstanding job on our carpet. Not only was the Technician great; the equipment that OCD used was advanced and high performance which contributed to the exceptional results we got.

OCD Home truly deserves more than 5 stars. I scheduled with them through Yelp, and they were excellent with communication, sending emails and texts before their arrival with the exact time. They arrived promptly, provided a quote, discussed the details with me, and then proceeded with the cleaning.

Our home's tile was a bit challenging due to a heavy coating left by the previous owner's improper waxing. Michael and Jordan took the time to explain the situation in detail, patiently helping us understand why the tile looked the way it did before cleaning. They did an outstanding job, cleaning thoroughly and professionally.

We will definitely be using their service again, and our neighbors have already inquired about them. I highly recommend OCD Home and want to thank Michael and Jordan for their excellent work.

OCD Home is the BEST. I’ve had multiple of their employees come and clean my carpets/couch over the last few years - they always do a great job, are timely, kind, and thorough in their work. I had Michael come out the most recently, and he was wonderful. I highly recommend OCD home.

The actual carpet cleaning was great! We didn't have much soil, but wanted to freshen up our carpet, rug and recliner. Our only issue is, as the "carpet cleaning experts", it would have been more professional to encourage us to wait until the rain was over. The technician told us to run the AC for an hour and we should be fine...well 12 hours later, the cleaned areas were still damp :-(

Communication and scheduling was quick and convenient. Team was professional and carpets look great!
