He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work—my air feels cleaner already! Fast and prompt communications. I called to get a quote for AC duct cleaning and they came the following week (Because of my availability). Enrique was the person and he did an amazing job. Jesse and his assistant completed a whole house duct cleaning & sanitization of all our air ducts & vents today. They were very thorough, brought in drop cloths to minimize dust on our furniture, removed and cleaned then replaced all vent covers. I highly recommend MC Duct Cleaning, especially if you live in an older home like we do- who knows when they were cleaned last! It feels so good knowing the air ducts are free from dust, debris and contaminants!

Jesse and his nephew did a great job of cleaning out our chimney. Jesse also got up on the roof to see if chimney chute was covered and discovered not only wasn’t there a cap but there was a large area around the chute that allowed animals to nest. A cap wouldn’t help the entire problem so he recommended a cost effective solution. Provided pictures so we could see the before and after. Thank you!

We have lived in the same place in Placentia since 1972; never felt the need for a chimney sweep. I cold called McDuct Cleaning after checking out Yelp and going on line to the State Contractor's licensing to clear up his the company status and insurance.
Due to a texting misunderstanding, they showed up a day early, which in my estimation is much better than showing up late.
The crew was polite and helpful in an expected salesmanship manner. They worked efficiently and cleanly. I was given a 15 year guarantee on a repair/improvement they made, so time will tell.

I just want to thank Jesse and crew for coming out on the date discussed and on time!

They thoroughly cleaned my entire HVAC system…. reassured me that everything was going to be clean. Installed my new HEPA filters too.

They also removed every vent in the house and sanitized them outside on the pavement.

Jesse also checked out my fireplace with a micro video camera to see if there were any leaks or cracks etc … provided feedback helped fix quick issue with vent clamp and provided back up video which I can see that there was no problems.

This reassured me that the fireplace would work and not burn my house down.

I bid the job out to five local chimney companies and MC duct cleaning and chimney sweep responded super fast with two quotes depending on the type of hood I needed and they provided a convenient time to install within few days. The whole job was super fast and done during my lunch hour. Highly recommend them!

Great service and communication! Jesse was able to give me a fair estimate and discounts based on the number of vents and fireplaces I needed to have cleaned. He was also very early and finished all the work within 2 hours, making sure to take these lovely before/after pictures as requested!

I called MC Duct Cleaning mostly for dryer vent cleaning but needed the whole house really. They called me back right away, gave me an estimate over the phone, and came out to do the cleaning within 2 days. They were so fast in communication, the cleaning was relatively quick too, and they even left a subtle fresh scent in my ducts! I could smell my dryer starting to burn so I'm grateful they made it out as soon as they did.

Jessie performed a thorough inspection of my chimney and found cracking at the cap, identified in photos and video inspection, causing water intrusion. He repaired the cap with precision and care. Jesse and his assistant came the day before Thanksgiving to clean our chimney - thank goodness. We do use our fireplace regularly! House is 1952 build and we don’t know the history - if the chimney was ever swept in the past! They set up quickly and carefully, plastic tarps kept dust contained. Quick and efficient. Inspection of the chimney top showed crack-damages to the “crown” which could allow for water damage. And we had no chimney cap/screen. Jesse returned today and repaired the crown, sealed it and capped it off with a nice stainless steel mesh box and capped hood. Again, quick, efficient, polite and no wasting of time. Jessie, Did a Great job cleaning out my two-story condo dryer vent. He showed up about an hour earlier than expected! He said it would take about 30 minutes to complete the work. It ended up taking about 45 minutes due to years of buildup! But best of all, he did not up charge me for this extra work that he had to do to clear the dryer vent line. His pricing seems to be straightforward. I paid $165 You may find a cheaper price, but then you may get a surprise once they arrive. They showed up in a newer white unmarked van With no fancy advertising. Thanks again Jessie and your partner, which I did not get her name but she is one hard-working girl! Your the Best!!!!

I’ve been using this company to keep my dryer vents clean for several years now. We have 5 cats and vents tend to get clogged quickly. I found Jessie after multiple unsuccessful attempts to find someone to just clean my vents. Sounds easy, right? No! Two companies actually came to my house and quoted me ridiculous amounts, attempting to sell me an entire duct and vents package. Just needed to get my dryer, drying faster. Jessie quoted me a reasonable price OVER THE PHONE, showed up on-time, out in less than 30 minutes, dryer works amazing. Called him
yesterday, and he was able to fit me in within the hour. Once again, went above and beyond. This is a family business and you FEEL it when they show up together! Great service all around. Highly recommend McDuct Cleaning!

I moved into a new house and noticed the dryer vent was not cleaned before but also cracked and broken. The team at MC Duct were very friendly and came same day (within 3 hours!) and replaced the broken vent and cleaned everything up quickly. We will use them again in the future for dryer vent cleaning.
