Wow what a great experience taking care of my heating needs! They answered the phone on the first ring, had a technician out the same day, and gave me fair pricing on repairs and replacement. I went with the replacement and they did a bang up job! Definitely recommend.

We are very happy, they were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt. We had a full HVAC installation, they did a great job, and everything is running amazing.

This company is fabulous! So efficient and professional! I couldn't not be happier. They text to confirm the time and date as soon as you book the appointment, and again a couple of days before the appointment. I received a call this morning to let me know my technician, Henry, would be here in 30 minutes and he was. After the service he explained what had been done and asked if I had any questions. He was polite, knowledgeable and highly professional. 35-40 minutes, start to finish for the check up, and the pricing is very reasonable. I'm a very, very happy customer.

Hector and his assistant, Jose, were fantastic. They gave me a great education, did a terrific job cleaning the blower motor, and did the necessary testing. I am very happy with the service.

Behshad was so professional, helpful, and efficient! Our AC unit was making terrible sounds and we were so worried we needed to replace it but it was just a loose wire that was stuck in the blades. And he quickly and neatly fixed it up! He was honest and transparent and didn't try to overcharge or sell us anything. Will definitely come back for future AC or heating needs. Highly recommend!

Ernado, Jose and Hector, what a team!!They finished installing AC in 6 hours. They even replaced in that time an old asbestos pipe. Detail. oriented. Choosing difficult location of outdoor pipes it makes them almost not noticeable..After they finished work, my house did not need any additional cleaning.

We just had our furnace replaced by this family-owned business that we found on Yelp. It is easy to see why they have all these 5-star reviews. The owner (Behshad) and his technicians (Henry, Hector, and we don't remember the other technician's name) were all great with communications, scheduling and promptness. They all genuinely care about pleasing their customers. The price seemed reasonable, and they followed through with their quote. I would highly recommend this business for furnace repairs or new installations.

We hired these people after our AC broke and they were easy to contact and their prices were very reasonable and honest. Beshad is knowledgeable in HVAC systems and explained very well the concepts that I had no knowledge of. Their work was fast and professional even to the extent of arriving exactly on the dot. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Would highly recommend!

Hector and Enardo did a wonderful job replacing our HVAC unit! Not only did they have a difficult removal and install in our 3rd floor condo. They replaced the outside unit in difficult weather conditions, but they did not give up! They worked all day to get everything done right and left the home just as tidy as when they arrived. We appreciate their hard work and professionalism and will definitely be repeat customers!

One of my clients properties had a carbon monoxide detector going off. We found a gas leak at the heater. I called South County Air in the morning and they were at the property with a new heater by 3 PM that day. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and left the area clean. I highly recommend South County Air Services.

After Installation Update:
All three installers (Hector, Jose and Enardo) were very professional, did excellent work and were truly a pleasure to work with. Being an engineer I am particular about how things are done and after a close inspection I am very pleased with all of the work they performed. They also install American Standard brand equipment which is considered one of the best available.

During the installation we ran into a snag due to my attic opening being about a half inch under the standard size. However they were able to open it to the standard size and even replaced the beat up piece of drywall that used to cover the entrance with a proper attic entry which looks (and seals) much better.

The crew was able to replace our 5 ton ac and attic mounted furnace in a single day. They used tarps to cover the carpet and left the house as clean as it was prior to them starting. Once they finished they explained how the system works and what to expect since this system uses a heat pump for the outdoor ac unit. The new system is much quieter than our last and I couldn't be more pleased with South County Air Services. Looking forward to working with them in the future for annual preventative maintenance.
