I’ve had great experiences with Real Time Bros. Kekoa came to the first condo we were in escrow on and helped quote out AC options. He was super helpful, personable and honest. When we finally closed on a different condo we decided to call them again for a full tune up. Moises came through and was also awesome. He was understanding of our concerns as new homeowners and was very helpful. He also went above and beyond and change our filter!

Jae came on time and provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He provided great advice if our AC was acting up again and help us to troubleshoot next time. I already recommended to friends and family because they are the best at customer service and their expertise on AC.

Our second time using Real Time Bros and both times have been great. Kekoa our tech was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and easily explained all our options. Highly recommend and I will be using them again.

Couldn't be more satisfied! I would like to strong recommend Kekoa for any future customers who want AC/HVAC services that are both extremely professional, warm, and friendly.

First of all, Kekoa is very strong on the technical side; for example, he is obviously very experienced and proficient in using different tools to perform quick and precise diagnosis of the problem, and apply solutions to fix such problems.

Second, Kekoa has a very strong work ethics and sense of responsibility. We had an 35-year old system, which is very easy to conclude that it is too old to be fixed and then suggests us to spend more than $10,000 for a new system. However, for Kekoa, instead of quickly concluding that the system is not fixable, he made sure to try everything he can on the fixing side such as adding refrigerant and performing seal leak, which is much cheaper on the customer side, before trying to conclude about fixability. For us, this is especially commendable as our system did not show any working signal at all in the first few minutes, which is really easy to just draw quick conclusion and then move to the sales stage of their new system. However, Kekoa waited patiently and did not let any possible working signals go, and we eventually got it fixed! Such kind of professionalism is very hard to find today and it clearly showed that he cared about the customers much more than simply making money.

Furthermore, in his first visit, he was already able to get the system working based on air temperature, but just he was not able to get one critical reading right (the pressure). He suspected that this is due to the gauge measurement errors, and since he was not able to get all the working signals, despite the fact that the AC/HVAC is already working on the air temperature side, he actually did not ask for the payment at all in this visit, and scheduled a second visit after a few days so that (1) he can see if the working condition can indeed last; and (2) he can bring a new set of gauges to test again to see if he can get all the working signals. In this second visit (today), he brought a brand new $500 gauge set with wireless data transmission capabilities, and he was able to get all the working signals (so his suspected cause in the last time is correct)!! Again, in this case he could easily conclude in the first visit that the system is already working so that he can collect money and avoid costing him more time, but he did not choose to do that; he chose to think fully from the customer perspective, focusing on ensuring that work is done right, instead of just forcing/fooling the customer to pay as much as he can, even when the work is not entirely shown to be done correctly. Again, what a strong work ethics and professionalism!

Again, highly satisfied; Kekoa helped fix our problem with a magnitude cheaper price ($1, 300 vs >$10, 000), not to mention the smooth and pleasant in-person experience when interacting with him during the work, and all the professionalism and strong work ethics he has demonstrated. Strongly recommended to anyone who want a truly trustworthy AC/HVAC technician!

I had originally called the company who installed my air conditioning unit, but they were completely unreliable and started creating fake problems instead of trying to remedy the solution! We are definitely saved by Real Time Bros hvac! Moises he knew exactly what to do and was very efficient and detailed with the suggestions and also preemptive measures to help further expand the life of my air-conditioning unit

I can't say enough about how spectacular the job Ruben and Rolando did installing the new AC unit at the house. They are very hard-working, professional, and communicated everything throughout the process. Highly recommend this place!

TL;DR: I HIGHLY recommend them ! High quality service, super respectful workers, AND competitive pricing. 10 year warranty on the appliance AND labor (so basically if anything breaks working you're COVERED). Dealt with the complexity of my condo (a/c on roof, my building was dead center in the complex, and old wiring).

Experience from beginning to end was great, scheduled time for them to get a quote. Darren reached out before to let me know his ETA and showed up within the time frame. Gave me a quote with Andrew on the line stating they're going to fight for my business. I got price quotes from several other places and they were able to match them! We scheduled within a few days after they kept me updated and always called day of to let me know their ETA.

Total took about 3 days ish. The Alvin and the crew was super great, laid out blankets for the hall ways to not scratch anything, and super mindful when installing. I was working from home so they would close doors (or sneak in to use the breaker box in my room). Always cleaned the place like they were never there after they left (super appreciative of a crew thats super considerate)! My condenser was also on the roof as well which made things very difficult but they still got it to work !

I've attached a picture of their masterpiece. Adding them to my roster of home improvement team since it's so difficult to find good and trustworthy companies!

Victor did an amazing job. He helped identify the issue, explained it, provided a recommendation and was able to execute it. Highly recommend.

Extremely poor communication. Did not even proceed with getting a quote. I was set to meet with the employee to receive a quote at 4 pm, I was then notified that they would be there at 5 pm. I was just told that they would be here at 5:30. Just reaching out to the public on my experience. This is not a testament to the quality of their work. This is my experience dealing with their office and poor communication.

We have used Real Time Bros for about 8 years, both for maintenance and installation. We have found the business to be run very respectfully and honestly. Steve was great today, and each service employee has been also.

Once again Real Time Bros exceeds expectations. My parents called late Sunday that thier AC wasn’t blowing cold air. I contacted Real Time Bros and they setup an appointment on Monday afternoon. Victor identified the issue with the blower motor and located an OEM replacement. It was installed Tuesday morning and the AC issue was resolved. Victor was very professional and appreciated the urgency to resolve the AC for my elderly parents. Very happy with the results. I have used thier service at my house a few times and highly recommend them.

Real Time Bros fixed our AC quickly and made sure it was working well before leaving. Kekoa was so friendly and knowledgeable, he showed me what to look for in case of future issues. Even my cat liked him, which says a lot because she doesn’t like air conditioning.

Jae was very friendly and helpful. Fair pricing and fixed the furnace quickly.

Moises just finished the diagnosis of the air conditioning unit. He was very professional in answering all my questions about the air conditioning unit and honestly told me what the outcome would be for repairing such an old unit. I really appreciate his honesty—he wasn’t just trying to get customers to spend money, but truly used his expertise to help solve problems and ease my concerns. Highly recommended.
