Great service and experience. We have an old furnace unit with a bad board that needed to be replaced. Tech found the part in old stock and restored the unit to working condition again. Saved us an entire HVAC replacement by diagnosing the problem correctly. Very grateful!

I would give 5 stars but this job was to remedy ongoing issues with the original install. Ivan is a highly skilled HVAC technician that demonstrated incredibly ingenious ways to install a 16' duct elbow (to replace a floppy, half-baked original install). He went above and beyond (literally) to get the piece of hardware in place (and came back a following day to complete the seal with professional quality ductwork). It was truly impressive to witness his craftiness. Great job Ivan! Victor also replaced a transformer inside the furnace that went bad due to a blackout/surge event. The manner in which he diagnosed the problem, replaced the unit, and tested to ensure its smooth functioning, was top notch! He even replaced a pipe connecting to the condenser drain that was shoddily installed originally. Great job Ivan!

Real Time Bros are fantastic. Abraham and Sergio replaced our 28 year old AC and our 45 year old furnace with a brand new energy efficient Lennox system. The process was super smooth from the beginning with the owner, Andrew, actually coming to my house and explaining my various options. Within a few days we were scheduled for the install and today we have ICE COLD air coming through again. I highly recommend this company if you're in the market for a new system.

Whereas I got the roundaround from a bunch of other hvac and roofing companies, Alvin was able to skillfully identify the cause of my leak around my furnace vent and he and his team precisely repaired it at reasonable price! Behshad fixed my AC in literally minutes, the next day after I called! He was super professional and nice, answered all my questions and even provided suggestions on how to prevent same problem from happening again.

My A/C compressor stopped running in the middle of the night on Saturday as these things tend to happen. A text to South County Air Services and Behshad was at my door on Sunday morning at the arranged time. Behshad diagnosed the problem within 10 mins and fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Amazing service!! Our AC went down at 6pm in the middle of a heat wave and Behshad was recommended to me by multiple friends. I called and he was super responsive and set up an appointment for me for the next day. I received a call from him 30 minutes later and he asks me if he could swing by as he was just finishing a job nearby… this was at 7pm!! Behshad arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed my unit within 30 minutes!! Our AC was up and running within an hour and a half of me calling!! Super honest and quick, I am very impressed, would highly recommend!!!

The Technician was not able to identify the issue and recommended to replace … but it was eventually fixed by a different vendor. Need to make sure to find a solution before recommending for replacement which could be big cost burden for custom. It also create negative image of the service community . Understand it could be challenging some times.

I’ve got a very old AC system and it had been making me nervous that it would need replacing soon with all the noise and vibration it was making. After calling South County Air Service, I was able to get a tech next day to come take a look. Beshad was prompt and friendly and inspected the air conditioner, finding that it was just a bolt on the cowling that could be tightened that eliminated a lot of the noise. Because it was so simple he decided it didn’t warrant even the diagnosis charge, which I really appreciated. If anything goes wrong with my AC in the future, I’ll definitely give them a call.
