We are a design and build company and we have been working with Coastline Air Solutions across over 20 of our projects including flips realtors and contractor work. We originally brought them on because of their background and they have been outstanding ever since. What really impressed us was how seamlessly they handled everything on the client side too when new homeowners were moving into our flips Coastline took care of setting up warranties, walking clients through their systems, and getting all the documentation in order. Everything was handled professionally start to finish. Honest, reliable, and genuinely great people. You can tell this is one big family running this company and they treat every client like family too. We will continue to use them on every project and we have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

These guys installed a brand new HVAC system in our home and the whole process was smooth start to finish. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and the install was done faster than I expected. Price was super affordable especially for the brand that we wanted! They were able to provide us different brand options and did not up charge us for brand differences. Everything was just simple and quick!

We had an excellent experience with Real Time Bros Heating and Air Conditioning at our home. We had a heat pump put into our home two years ago. It is an all electric heating and cooling system with a good warranty as well as rebates because of its low impact on the environment. We had done a little research on our own before choosing this unit for us. We had many questions which were answered by the company. It took three days to fully install the unit in our five bedroom home. The workers were efficient and respectful in regards to their work and cleaned up well at the end of the job. We highly recommend this company! Today was the ongoing check-up which is twice a year when a well-informed worker makes sure everything is working well. We pay a small amount for this extra service. We are thrilled with the expertise, getting our questions answered and feel very confident with this amazing heating and cooling system. Real Time Bros are the BEST!

Excellent service visit problem handled and fixed. Mr Payuan was very considerate and showed respect for my home and things. Professional but personable as well. The office staff were also personable. I received an appointment for the following day. Real Time Bros installed this system into my home over a year ago, and I am so grateful that I found them.

Andrew and his team installed a new Carrier HVAC on my roof in September. There were slight unforeseeable delays, like any other big projects, but the important thing is that Andrew solved all those issues professionally and efficiently. Everything works beautifully and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Was referred to real time bros heating and air by family friend. Darren and Andrew and their team helped replace whole hvac system in our home. We had a very old unit 35+ years probably a 4 seer. They replaced the ducts and also help setup a smart thermostat. Everything that was outlined on our initial walk through with Darren was completed in a timely manner. They did have to come back to wrap up one of the bathrooms that was being remodeled. Overall extremely satisfied 10/10. Feel a huge difference in airflow and temperatures in the home even without new insulation. They provided an excellent price and definitely know what they are doing.

Oscar, Tony and Rolando were friendly, professional and very focused on their work. I appreciate they took the time to keep me informed of what they were doing. I also appreciate that they moved some of mom’s decorative items that were in the hallway to ensure nothing would be accidentally broken. I’m glad they brought tarps to cover and keep the carpet clean given they were going in and out of the house. I’m happy with the product and happy with the expert service I received. They did a thorough job of testing the system and found a part that needs to be replaced. I appreciate their attention to detail.

Real Time Bros are an outstanding company which produces high quality work. I had them redo my entire HVAC system. They were always prompt, professional, fast and efficient. Exceptional service from Kenny! Highly recommend! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my gas furnace not turning on and resolve. Very professional, knowledgeable, on-time, explained the problem. Quality and exceptional experience, along with very affordable service in these challenging times! Again, would highly recommend and will definitely go back to Real time Bros if needed! Awesome experience!!

Kenny came out and diagnosed my system efficiently. It ended up being a super random circuit board on my outside condenser unit that died. I’m super thankful the whole unit didn’t needed to be replaced. Definitely calling Kenny at Real Time Bros again 👍

We had an issue with a fan that wouldn’t stop running, and the company scheduled an appointment right away. We had someone named Victor came out for the diagnosis and he was able to diagnose the problem in a professional manner. He was very respectful and made sure we understood what was going on. Great service all around!

While during a small heatwave we had, we notice that our AC wasn’t cooling or taking to long to cool the home , I had reached out to a different company at the time they’ve mentioned that I was low on Coolant because my compressor was old and dying recommended I replace the unit since it wasn’t worth saving

As I felt this was kinda weird since my ac was working fine last year , Kenneth came out and was able to determine a component went bad and recommended a consistent maintenance for us. At a fair price Kenny had our system up and running in 20minute and did a full maintenance at the end to make sure it’s up to specs 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone looking for honest contractors

I wanted to like Real Time Bros, really I did. At the beginning, they were quick to respond and schedule me to diagnose my broken furnace. The technician Kekao showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He explained the problem to me and options to have it fixed. We moved forward with an option and he fixed it asap. My system was working again and I was happy.

So what happened? Well, afterwards the technician told me there are some electrical improvements that they can do improve longevity on my HVAC system and help it run more efficiently. I was very interested in this service and asked him to email me details and the estimated cost. I didn't get a response back. I figured he was busy so I waited, then followed up again the next day via text, but still no response. I never heard from him again and I was confused as to why that was.

Secondly, they emailed me an invoice and I replied back asking how I can pay for it. I got no response back. I decided to drive to the office after work to pay them in person since the office is 3 minutes from my house. I showed up at 4:15pm but no one was there. They are supposed to be open until 5pm. I called the office and someone remote said they would check with the manager if I can stop by the next day. I never got a call back. I decided to call again at 3pm before stopping by and was told not to come to the office, and that a technician would stop by my house to pick up the payment. They eventually did and I paid them, but this whole process was so frustrating for a customer.

Overall, RT Bros got my furnace fixed and I'm thankful for that. If that's all you care about, these guys will get the job done. If you're looking for a HVAC company that you can trust and build a relationship with to be your go-to company, I would not recommend them. Their operating model makes for a poor customer experience. They need to focus on improving that.

I had a wonderful experience with Real Time Bros. I got a brand new AC unit, furnace, ducting work, and a few other items. Anthony and Jake were great and even got the job done a day early! (Which was amazing since we have a baby who needs his naps 😂). Darren did the inspection and he was very professional and friendly. We also got the best deal around and didn't have to worry about coming up with all of the money right away because of their convenient financing plans! Very happy with the final results and the service!!

I am writing to commend DAN for his service and low key salesmanship! At my 1/2 year check, he mentioned that everything is working great now (!), but that the A/C was old and would likely need to be replaced sometime in the near future. I asked how much (about $10K), and he mentioned that it is less expensive now, when the summer season hasn't increased demand and prices. That is all - no pressure to buy.

I then asked how long, and he said about three days. The date was the issue - I start Zoom teaching from home on Monday (it's Wed. today) and they weren't scheduling for this soon. He just graduated from CSUF (yay!) and knew how important a quiet and stable environment is to teaching online. He thought they might be able to squeeze me in this week on Friday, finishing for sure by Monday.

I had to give a shout out for outstanding service and low pressure information when I inquired (guiding me rather than selling me on it). He also gave all the price options, so I feel informed and trusting.
