The technician who came was polite and professional. However, the diagnosis felt very limited. He mainly looked at the outside of the dishwasher and pressed some buttons on the control panel, but the dishwasher was never pulled out from the cabinet for a proper inspection.

I mentioned that the issue might possibly be related to the leak sensor, but it was not checked. The technician concluded that the control board was damaged without pulling the dishwasher out to inspect underneath.

Of course I’m not a professional, so I may be wrong about the cause. But paying a $189 service call fee without a more thorough inspection was disappointing.

When I made the appointment they asked what type of washer. Informed the girl. The guy came out seem to have an attitude that the washer was in the garage. Takes a look at it and says oh no we don’t service GE Harmony. After taking time off of work... the employee should ask and know what they service and don’t service.

My top load washer wasn't working on Sunday, and by Monday I had an appointment. Bill came out after a long busy day and still had a smile on his face! Thank you for being honest, professional, and VERY knowledgeable Bill! I cannot thank you enough.

I just had David’s Appliance Repair out. It was difficult to find a company willing to work on Samsung. The technician was honest and fair. Due to some of the issues my refrigerator had we decided to replace our Samsung rather then repair it. I appreciate David giving me his honest opinion. I will be saving his number for future appliance repair. Stacey, who answers the office phones and schedules appointments is very professional and friendly. Thanks for coming out to look at my fridge. We appreciate your expert advise. I would highly recommend using this company. Their schedule is full but they were worth the wait.

It just does not get any better than Dave from David's appliance repair. Incredibly honest and kind.I learned so much as he explained about my refrigerator problems and oven components and what to look for. He sure knows his stuff . Extremely knowledgeable!!! Also Whirlpool Maytag KitchenAid Amana shared with me important aspects about best refrigerators and products. I will only call David's appliance repair in the future, 5 stars all the way. Called Davids Appliance. Dave came out and installed an ice maker for our refrigerator. Very professional and very competitive in price, in fact they were the lowest. He answered all my questions. I called on a Thursday and service was performed on Friday. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also checked the water line and found it was ok. He also stated if anything went wrong in six months to call and everything would be covered. It is working GREAT. Would use them in a heartbeat again for ANY applicance repair. I did NOT use them because they were the lowest. All other places I called were close to the same price. Stacy the receptionist was knowledgeable and very concerned. I could tell from talking to her that the company really cared about their customers. She and the Dave the repairman reiterated to call if ANY problems occurred. The company is family owned and has 2 repairman. I can assure you, you call them for an appliance repair, you will not be disappointed. I NEVER write a review, so take this to heart.

If and when any of your appliances break down, this is the business to seek out. They are efficient, courteous, professional and always charge you fairly. There where two instances when I used their services in Chino Hills. Once was for fixing a washing machine which was wobbling like crazy on the spin cycle and the other time was when our refrigerator kept freezing our food. Both times Dave, the technician came and immediately diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He answered all my questions upfront with what needed to be done. For the problem with our washing machine he had the part on him and it was immediately fixed and for the refrigerator repair he had to order the part so that took a few days to fix. In and out and the problem was solved. It's good to know that you can expect an easy process with Dave. Of course I had to ask him if he was actually was thee Dave, but jokingly he said no, the actual Dave started the business in the 70's and now his son has taken over. I'm glad to support to local business that is family owned who hire knowledgeable employees who gets it right. In the future, I will always call on David's to get the job done.

Great service! Called on Friday and someone came out the same day to give me an estimate to repair our LG washer and Kitchen Aid microwave/oven. Came back today Monday to do the repairs. Kept to their anticipated time frame for arrival on both days. Repaired both and installed a water filter on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator as well. Very happy with the service! Fair price for highly professional organization.

Brock was an awesome, humble, and knowledgeable guy. Came in wasting no time, checked out and resolved the issue thoroughly and effectively, and explained to me in detail the issue I was having, how the air circulates in my fridge, and potential future issues I may be having as well. The communication between the helpdesk to the repairman and the repairman to me regarding date/time is impeccable. First time using their service and great impression thus far. Keep it up!

I called this number, got Mr Appliance Repair, set up an appointment, but a tech never showed up. When I called this number back, a new person at Mr Appliance said that I was never put into their system. So I went to another business and discovered there are much cheaper prices for repair and it’s same day service.
