Please don’t even bother with this people. The one in charge or the owner is very rude and very unprofessional. They sure don’t know how to treat customers. They will leave the work unfinished And tell you they won’t serviced it anymore . There great showing up the first day you call them but after you have to be on top of them to finish the work. And when you call them that lady who answer the phone Rachel is very unprofessional as well. Save your time and call another company who is more responsible and respectful to customers.

Avoid this company at all cost. Rude, poor customer service. Will gladly take your money and do nothing in return regardless of how many times you call. If you use a home warranty company and they assign this vendor to your home, refuse them. They get paid the service fee and never follow up with paperwork. 45+ days and counting without a response to resolve the issue with out dryer.

Richard was fantastic! He showed up a couple days earlier than our scheduled appointment because he was in the area working on someone else’s and could fit us in sooner. He figured out the issue and was back 2 days later with the part! Thank you so much Richard for fixing our AC unit so quickly!

Air Boss came out and potentially mis-diagnosed my AC issue. When I had a second opinion, the new AC company wanted me to ask Robert (AIR BOSS technician) some questions about how he arrived at his diagnosis. However, after almost 20 calls to Rachel (the owners wife?) I never received a call back from Robert or an explanation for the diagnosis. Additionally, they wanted to charge for a Title 24 and permits to fix a leak. Their quote also included almost $400 for electrical and copper modifications. In my opinion, this company is a rip off and I could never recommend them

They called from a no caller id number to schedule a service. Made arrangements to have them at a time. Was told that i would be called in “20-30 minutes.” Never was… they dont pick up the phones.

I received their service through fidelity home warranty. I was concerned due to the reviews but my AC wasn’t working and I had no choice. They came out on time and were able to quickly fix the issues. Very professional and worked hard in the summer heat to make sure it would run. The unit is pretty old but they were able to get it running without problems. If I have any problems in the future I would request them again.

Robert is quick to respond and reasonably priced. He's now our go-to HVAC contractor at our Chino Hills shopping center. Lovely to work with!

My home owners warranty company sent these people to my house, to check why the AC unit wasn't working. They were on time, and AWESOME GUY ROBERT had it working in less than 30 minutes. Everyone I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having problems with their AC unit!
