Starting from my wake up call to make my appointment, all was taken care of in a timely manner the same day. Robert is very funny yet takes care of his customers. The maintenance young man (Elijah) handled the problem. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. Wiped down the areas that got a little dirty. I recommend Air Boss.

Robert and his team at Airboss are the BEST! They are honest, they care about your property and ensuring everything works properly before they leave.
Additionally, if there is a problem they are quick to respond and resolve!
You cannot go wrong with them! They are my to for life!

Six years ago, Air Boss came out on a Home Warranty call, and determined that my air conditioning system needed replacing. They worked quickly with the warranty folks to arrange for a new air conditioner, and got it installed quickly and professionally. This year I had an issue with the A/C shutting off after a few minutes running. Robert got right out to me the next day and quickly found the issue. The device that pumps condensed water to the outside of the house was not plugged in! I realized that I had been working in the attic and had unplugged it, and forgot to plug it back in!! Duh! My fault. Robert gave me a pass on the service charge! Great guy, great service! Thanks Air Boss!

I had issues with my furnace not igniting on a Sunday. I reached out to Air Boss mechanical due to there very positive reviews. I was greeted very professionally and with surprise to short notice I was sent a technician same day to inspect my unit. I was hoping it’d be a simple fix and lo and behold my assigned technician Eliseo diagnosed a bad connection to a sensor within 5 minutes. He did what he could to remedy the situation and everything appeared to be in order. Upon receiving a follow up call from Robert to ensure everything was still in working order, I mentioned that the following night the problem persisted intermediately. I asked what I could do to personally bandage the situation. He then took it upon himself to have Eliseo come back on his own time , very willingly, to bring a replacement part that would solve my problem for good. With 2 babies at home I felt relieved to be in great hands. I will be a long time client to Air Boss Mechanical. Thank you for outstanding service.

Robert and his team were dispatched out for our Air Conditioner through our home warranty back in 2023 - at that time they were so thorough and was able to do what other contractors weren’t in the past. So this summer when our air went out AGAIN I asked if Air Boss could be the one to do the job. Long story short we needed a new one lol - which they installed. This company is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and has beyond great customer service!

I would like to say that Air Boss Mechanical is great they have helped me at my home with my furnace issues and on those hot days when you need your AC .He has fixed among also my heating system has gone on the blink and he also has done a great job also fixing that for me he is very responsive right away and fixes my problem . All his employees are very kind and nice . So being that said this customer is very satisfied and will call always Air Boss for my AC and Heating needs Thanks Air Boss😊

Air Boss Mechanical was great, my A/C stopped working, I called them and they came out right away. I usually don’t write reviews, but for this company, I felt that I had to do so. Our 40 year-old HVAC system was due for replacement. Our technician inspected the units and agreed it was time to upgrade. Robert suggested a unit that was high efficiency with low energy consumption. Two days later we had a system that was installed, inspected by the city and ready to run. It couldn’t have gone any better. No mess, professional installation and a thumbs up from the inspector. worst service..all they care about is big jobs and money. would not recommend them to anyone. If they install your A/C they won't come out for repairs.

We had an air conditioning unit installed March 3-4 and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Zachary & team did a fantastic job not only with the installation itself but also with sealing the hole where the old wall heater used to be—it looks clean, solid, and professionally finished.

They were punctual, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was completed with attention to detail, and they made sure the area was tidy before leaving. The new unit is working perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
