Outstanding customer service, installation, and pricing. These guys were a referral. I hit the jackpot on this one. Unfortunately, you are gambling when you don’t have personal referrals. Blessed with good friends, my advice is asked around before just throwing out the dice blind. In a nutshell, I got luck or better yet blessed due to talking to others who benefited from there experiences. 5 stars all day on these guys. Wish there were bonus points!

My ac went out right at the end off a hot day, so I called these guys up first thing the next morning. They sent a young technician over really fast. My ac was up a running again in no time. Thanks for good work Adrian.

Made the call in a dire need on 97 degree day. The gentleman by the name Alex later on showed up to my door ready to work on my unit without any hesitation. This guy made the waiting time so short with his conversation that before I knew it what seemed 10 to 15 minutes was actually a little over an hour and had my prehistoric unit back to life and my house back to a cool environment. Ask for Alex.

My mothers home seemed to not be getting so cold so we decided to call an air conditioning company and came across Advanced Comfort And we were very please with such great service Adrian seemed young but from the looks of it and the work done by him he knows what he is doing . As always happens, our AC died in the worst timing- middle of a heat wave, just before hosting a gathering, with heat-sensitive family members. I called Advanced Comfort and Rodney said he could come out that same morning to diagnose the issue. Turns out our 22-year old unit was completely dead and needed to be replaced. We compared online prices with Rodney's estimate and he was very fair for a quality unit. He walked me through the entire process and explained the mechanics of our system in a way I could understand. He was very knowledgeable and his experience showed through his work. Hauled away our old unit, cleaned up after himself, and added a new smart thermostat. He was very understanding all the way through the payment process. He's simply the coolest AC guy, who will keep your home cool in a heat wave. Might as well rename your business CoolGuy, haha! Our top referral for anyone who asks us about AC referrals, no doubt.

On Saturday it was very hot and I called multiple AC companies and none of them couldn’t make it, I called Advanced Comfort and talked to Rodney and he was so responsive and professional even though he said he was fully booked for the day he said if I didn’t mind waiting to the evening that he can make it! He was true to his word and made it in the evening and fix my AC at a very reasonable price! I cannot express how thankful I am and I highly recommend Advanced Comfort to anyone!

I had issues with my AC and in this heatwave I was worried, with my children at home for the summer I needed to get it fixed, I called ACM and Was greeted by Alex Ruiz an apprentice, he was very professional and within minutes we had a plan and I was relieved to know everything was in good hands. Rodney is the best ! Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing ! My AC wasn’t cooling so I called Advanced Comfort Mechanical and within seconds he knew what the problem was and saved the day! He is very thorough and cleans his work area once he’s done !
