Super cute place that’s pleasant to walk through, with a great variety of healthy plants, pots, supplies, decor, and craft items. Not a place for fruit trees but for everything else. Kind workers and vibes.

Great hidden gem. Large selection of houseplants and Mexican pottery. There's also a selection of garden art, succulents, shrubs, perennials, annuals, hanging plants, and ready made planter arrangements. Prices are pretty good. Easy shopping.

Came here for mother’s day and it was great. So many indoor and outdoor plants, beautiful sculptures and pottery. Will definitely go back when I don’t have 2 little ones wanting to tug on hanging plants. The staff were so friendly and they seemed to enjoy what they do which is such a huge green flag for me. Really cannot wait to be back.

An incredible selection of plants, particularly indoor plants. They have such a wide variety of specialty plants as well. Employees are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their pottery selection is outstanding and prices are excellent. This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit and I always go home with something marvelous and healthy.

So today, November 1, 2025 was my first time here I bought two large pots at a very affordable price $48 each my mom recently passed in August and I bought some ficus trees to dress up the backyard for her celebration of life. It was very last minute. I just took some of the dirt off the sides and put it inside a very tiny pots. I know that they need to be better cared for them to survive so my sister told me about this nursery and I went and checked it out and found two beautiful pots that I thought were perfect for the backyard and the trees. Everyone I spoke with were very nice, very kind, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to everyone. I will be back because I have more of my mother‘s plants that I need to repot.

It’s always a good time at Plant Safari! 🪴💚 I love coming here to relax and plant shop — they have so many plants to choose from 🌱🌵🌸. They also have beautiful pots 🏺 and a cute section for nicknacks 🛍️, plus you can even make your own arrangements 🎍🎨.

You can spend hours wandering and shopping 🕰️🚶‍♀️. They even have adorable baby plants 🌱👶 — perfect if you’re a beginner, and the prices are super affordable 💵🙌. Definitely one of my happy places! 🥰🌿

The Plant Safari in Upland is a plant lover’s paradise! This place has an incredible variety of healthy, vibrant plants — from trendy houseplants to unique finds you don’t see everywhere. Everything is beautifully organized, and it’s so easy to get inspired just walking through the space.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They answered all my questions and gave great advice on plant care and which ones would work best in my space.

Whether you’re a seasoned plant parent or just starting out, this shop is a must-visit. The vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and filled with good energy. I’ll definitely be back to grow my collection!

Unfortunately, I never ended up using their services due to the lack of communication and professionalism during the initial interaction. At one point, I even had to ask if they were actually interested in my business because responses were so limited and inconsistent.

They told me they would stop by yesterday to look at the home, but they never showed up and never communicated any update. I called afterward to see what was going on and received no answer or reply.

I understand things can come up, but clear communication and reliability are important, especially when someone is taking time out of their day waiting for an appointment.

Store ours are listed on the web but when we showed up the doors were locked and no lights were on in the building. I called the number listed on the web and no answer. I left a message and waited 15 minutes but no answer so I left and found another pottery

Always have stock available, always deliver throughout Southern California. Easy to work with. Great communication and on time.

I run a small landscaping company and Antony has been my go too for many years. He has saved the day for me many times pottery wise. This company is a great source for large concrete and ceramic planters

I was physically assaulted by one of their landscapers after the driver of the truck and trailer almost hit my mom as she was unloading her car. We were in an empty parking lot when they almost drove into my mom. The passenger of the work truck got out and began yelling at me and pushed me and continued to harass me and my family. I have video recording of their crew, work truck, license plate number and location. Camera surveillance from the Bank of America and the restaurant are available as well.

I'd like to thank the awesome team from Encore for coming out to take a look at my citrus trees, giving me advice about their care and calming my nerves regarding how they look right now. Knowing that i have experts that really care about their clients well being (as well as their landscaping) is peace of mind you can't put a price tag on.
Thanks guys, for being so attentive to my trees and me! The landscaping in my portrait garden is a huge part of my studio outdoor facility.

Great place for buying home appliances and making spare keys. The store is absolutely huge and there is also a botanical garden to the side.

Most every visit I leave completely satisfied. The gardening department is sometimes lacking. Most all departments have experienced employees. On one occasion, my wife and I visited the store at a "slow" time and one of your employees took both of us, with our list of over a dozen items, around the store until we found everything on our list. 5 stars in my book.

I ONLY go here because it is the closest. Most of the time the workers don't know what they are doing. Today I called up for a 2X8 12 foot pressure treated plank. I drove all the way to the Home Depot on Euclid and they said they didn't have them. I called the Upland Home depot and they assured me they did have them and they gave me a price and said they would help me load it. I go all the way down there "We don't have those!". I wanted a bracket that match the ones on my fence. We have those in garden. I walk all the way to garden "We don't carry those.". I get a color match for some paint, I start to paint with it, it doesn't match. They won't make a refund, only correct the color. I had already used something else. Like I said SUPER knowledgeable staff.
