I have had a plumbing business for the last 6 years and have always gone to the PROFESSIONALS at Thompsons. I have been to many plumbing supply houses across the inland empire and not one has come close to the quailty of Thompsons Plumbing Supply. Everyone is ver knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help with whatever you may need. I recommend these guys over any plumbing supply house.

I went to Home Depot to buy a shower valve to replace our broken one and the part was so old that the associate referred me to Thompson Plumbing Supply. I went to Thompson and showed the sales associate a picture of the valve that I took with my iPhone. The sales associate found exactly what I needed in less than 5 minutes and even made sure that I bought some plumber's grease! Everything fit perfectly and our once leaky shower is back to normal.

Bought Blue Monster 1" Compression Seal Tape from this place. Thompson charged me $38.55. Since I didn't use it I returned it and they charged a $9.64 "restocking" fee. Found same product online for $28. Lesson learned. Go to Lowes where returns are free or buy online.

3 weeks ago I went into this supply house. I was told he would call about a specific water heater then call me with info. NEVER RETURNED CALL. I called back asking about tankless water heater. Gave me price of $1,060 b4 tax. Online price is $550 delivered for exact same one.. Wow!!!

Worst ever. I went in for a 1 1/4 Brass compressing coupling. Everyone else is around $25. This guy (I didn’t get his name. Kind younger compare to the other old dude I saw in there.) try sold me for $37 something. I think the reason is he try to convince me to purchase the new bolt type coupling. Which is over $44. But I need the length short as possible. That one don’t fit my need. Business make money, I don’t have problem with that. But don’t treat your customers like we are stupid.

Mike Knight is by far the best sales rep. I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I went over to Thompson for the first time last week and it blew my mind. In the past Mike always came to my property. Will be doing a lot more business there. Hope your feeling better Mike.

The folks at Thompson Plumbing Supply are my new heroes! I purchased two new faucets from IKEA. They needed an adapter to connect to my existing supply lines. Neither Lowe’s nor Home Depothad what I needed. I hate to say it but the folks that work the plumbing aisles at the big box stores may not as knowledgeable as one might hope. Those problems don’t exist at Thompson’s. The people are bothe knowledgeable and kind. Great job guys! Thanks a million!

Best supply house bar none customer service is outstanding

I appreciate the one on one service to fill the 2 inch pipe fittings I needed to complete a project. I don’t mind paying a bit more for materials when someone brings the fittings to the counter. I was not prepared to pay more than double the price for the exact same 2” Tees, 2” close nipples, a 1”street L and a 1.5 inch Tee and close nipple. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to chase them down at Home Depot. I was shocked when I went on the Home Depot App and located the same items at a nearby store for less than half the price. I am seriously talking about a black pipe steel 2” Tee for over $34 and the same Tee at HD for $16. I feel cheated and gouged. I could have provided a contractors number and asked for a discount. I regret not doing that. I regret shopping there. I feel ripped off. My $380 bill should have been $150. Probably need to inform the new DA Nathan Hickman of LA county under the gouging initiative he is supporting. Shame on you!

Top notch customer service. I can’t remember the last time I received service that good. Wish they did more than plumbing would love to come to them for all repairs.
