Renowned Pluming was great! We had a broken hot water heater texted Richard early this morning and by 3:00 we had a brand new water heater. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing!

We’ve trusted Renowned Plumbing & Rooter for over 8 years now, and they continue to deliver excellent service every time. Recently, Lorenzo and Alan (a friendly gentleman with a goatee) came out to fix a broken, corroded water adapter head for our outside garden faucet that connects to the main hose. They quickly replaced the part, stopped the leak, and had everything resolved in no time. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Renowned has always been reliable for all our plumbing needs, and it’s great to know we can continue to count on them. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo came out today to help me diagnose a leaking shower drain. He quickly identified the issue while keeping the work area neat. Also appreciate that Lorenzo was on time and got to work quickly. Would use again for future plumbing issues.

We had Renowned come out to clear and repair a damaged patio drain. They were prompt and did a great job. Chris made sure that we were satisfied when he was done and informed us about each step along the way. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I called and Richard, the owner, gave me a competitive quote to fix my water heater. But before scheduling the appointment he asked if we tried lighting it correctly. I wasn’t sure. So, while on the phone Richard walked me through the process and save us a bunch of money! I know who to call next time we have any plumbing issues! Honest, fair and truly cares for his customers!

Extremely unprofessional experience. Chris from Renowned Plumbing handled my clean-out installation, and the job was half-done they just threw a cover over an open pipe without a proper seal. They tried to add extra labor charges mid job even though the original invoice was already agreed on, and then went completely silent for over 10 days before returning to finish. When they finally did, they had also damaged a sprinkler line while digging and kept pretending not to understand what needed to be fixed, even after multiple explanations and photos. Eventually got it done, but it was a frustrating, drawn out mess. Would not recommend.

We were having a plumbing nightmare our water had to be shut off because the sprinkler system was leaking nonstop, wasting water and money. On top of that, we couldn’t flush our toilets or use any running water in the house.

Thankfully, Joey from Renowned Plumbing came out right away. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us a fair estimate, and got to work. He fixed the irrigation control system, replaced the old broken valve with a brand new one, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

Now we have running water again, our toilets flush, and the sprinkler system isn’t leaking anymore. Joey was fast, professional, and honest exactly what you hope for when you call a plumber. Big thank you to Joey and the Renowned Plumbing team for the excellent service!

Amazing service!! I called last minute hoping to upgrade my parent’s old leaky kitchen faucet as a Father’s Day gift and they gave me a quote on the spot. Renowned Plumbing is the plumber for my condo complex. Chris came out, assessed, and diagnosed the reason for the water damage coming into my living room. The cast iron pipe had a huge crevice in it. There was another tiny leak which was discovered through the help of the restoration company. Chris diagnosed another pipe leaking which would prevent another disaster in my home. His experience and knowledge were invaluable. Any questions and concerns were explained and answered thoroughly. He was also very helpful dealing with the insurance company. I highly recommend Renowned Plumbing.

The technician Lorenzo did an excellent job descaling and flushing our tankless water heater. Very professional, on time, and explained the process clearly. Called Renowned Plumbing to help with a plumbing issue. Chris showed up an hour later, gave me an honest price and told me exactly what he was going to do. Fast, friendly, honest, and clean.

Hopefully I don’t have a need but if I have a plumbing issue I’ll be calling Renowned Plumbing again.

I texted them and once we connected I was able to explain the issue and send pictures. We had full discussion, pictures of faucets and set price. Of course the one chosen was out of stock at store. I was sent picture of a similar but better one. I approved price difference. I was sent a link that showed a picture of who was coming to do the service. This is a very nice feature!! We reviewed the service and I signed on the tablet giving authorization. Everything was previously agreed. I really like the new faucet!!!! Very Professional. My old sinks plumbing is up to current CA conservation standards now (faucet and under the sink)! I would use this service provider again. So glad they were recommended to me.

Had one of the most amazing experiences given that pluming problems are never fun. Super professional and knowledgeable. Lorenzo did a heck of a job.
