The team of three was very courteous and helpful but I thought they would have brought a Machine that would blast water and suck up mud, but they only had a little hose that shot water. It would’ve been better if I had a stronger machine.

We thought we had an outdoor below ground leak. The company came quickly. After an inspection, the technician determined it was coming from the neighbor’s property and adjusted the price for the visit accordingly.

Daniel was very professional and such a gentleman. He even offered to put all the stuff we moved on the patio back for us after he was done snaking the pipe through the clean out. We've used Western Rooter for a couple of years now and have always had immediate and excellent service at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

I hired this company to identify and repair a leak coming through the floor. Instead of addressing the issue, they charged me $447.50 to replace two wax rings—a minor repair at an unreasonable cost. The original leak was left unresolved, and to make matters worse, the plumber created new problems. A toilet that had been working properly was left unusable, and the water supply line was damaged so badly that it now takes over an hour to refill after a single flush.

This experience was both costly and frustrating. I wish I could recover not only the money I spent, but also the time wasted dealing with the aftermath of this visit. Customers deserve competent, professional service—not inflated charges and avoidable damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

-- After another visit visit from their team to help repair the 3rd toilet. Although they offered to identify the leak, the first team's visit and lackluster investigation left me with little confidence in identifying the source issue. I'm glad that they were able to rectify the issues with my toilets, but unfortunately with the leak still ongoing, the job required a fix to the root issue. I do appreciate the professionalism of their staff however I would rather have had my original issue addressed instead of other minor services that can add up to a hefty bill.

I called for a sump pumps pit maintenance service because the water sitting inside looks like it has an oily film on the top.Now to think about it, it’s from the gardener blowing driveway dirt into the hole The only reason for the maintenance was to prevent clogging of the sumps. The service took about an hour. They brought a hydrovac truck which uses high pressure and vaccum to suck the water out and discharge it to the street. I have no complain of the service but the charge is a killer.

Worker was so prompt and clearly explained work needed, cost and was polite. When done checking out water heater and giving assessment, he left with no pressure. Thank you.

Love Western Rooter. Since I moved into my house a few years ago, I’ve used them consistently for all plumbing needs, from small maintenance jobs to emergency repairs. Everyone from the dispatchers to the service technicians have been courteous, professional, and trustworthy. More than once, they’ve fixed small issues and didn’t even charge me. I’m happy to work with Western Rooter, they do a great job every time.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink. Called Wester Rooter and they sent someone over within a couple of hours. We discussed the issue and went over several options. After 2 quick hours, the problem was solved, the area was cleaned, and we are happy campers again.

The service tech, Victor was super knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions before starting the work. He gave me different option on how to best maintain my septic system and I have to say the overall experience was definitely 5 out of 5 stars! I have called Western Rooter several times for different issues and not only has the technician sent out been fantastic, personable, polite, clean, and considerate, but the office and scheduling folks have also been understanding, patient, and accommodating. The scope and details of the projects were always tailored to what I could afford, and the work done has been excellent, reliable, and professional! Every job finished looks like a work of art!!! I will not call another plumber!

We have used Western Rooter probably four or five times. We're always pleased. For this job - a problem with our tankless waterheater and a small faucet repair - Roberto was the plumber. Roberto was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, developed a solution, and explained it to us. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. And he quoted us a reasonable cost. The project took longer than expected partially because Roberto was so thorough. We hadn't had our tank flushed in a while. Roberto didn't hurry he was efficient, extremely thorough and neat. His work was clean, his soldering was perfect, and he remembered every detail we had discussed with him. We were very impressed. Western Rooter is a great company to work with but Roberto turned our problem into a nice experience.

Same day appt. Rafael certified plumber unclogged 3 drains , one was tough but he did not quit till it was done. He brought it several equipment. No pressure recommendations like hydrojet treatment. Look no more. Use Western Rooter. Rafael was very professional and is the expert at what they do. They have quality plumbers

Western rooter of upland was amazing. Bobby came out, spoke English, didn’t seem brain dead (like the others) . He was clean cut and very professional. His quote was less than the other two we got and he did it on the spot and cleaned up afterwords. Very happy.
