I called AYS Plumbing in Upland for a same-day appointment due to a main line backup, and Jeremy made it happen without any hassle. He sent out DJ, who arrived quickly, was super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. DJ got the problem taken care of fast and explained everything along the way. Excellent service from start to finish—I couldn’t be happier and will absolutely use them again.

I recently had a slab leak at my home and when I called AYS they send someone out immediately. DJ arrived within an hour and found my issue out immediately. He was definitely knowledgeable and very easy to work with and gave me all the options on what to do next. The next day DJ and Bobby arrived on time and both handled my issue perfectly. They made me feel at ease about my issue and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company and these technicians over and over again.

I called Western Rooter (WR) the second time after the first repair wasn’t successful as the water continued to drip. A different plumber was sent promptly to my place. He was knowledgeable and helpful. If there were a plumbing need in the future, I would request the same plumber as he was able to identify the issue and tried to find ways to fix it. The repair wasn’t cheap, but I wouldn’t mind paying for a reliable service.

Alberto is very patience and details in checking the leaking of my house. He tried all the methods with special tools in every possible area in order to hear that dripping sound. Strongly recommend his service.

We had the most positive experience with Western Rooter & Plumbing from start to finish. Agnes in the office was very helpful and was able to schedule our sprinkler repair the next day. Joshua came and found the leak and made the repair working well into the evening, then Juan came over the weekend to repair the driveway and finish the job.

This company was fast. I was given a time range. Which I thought was pretty good for me calling after. 6pm. Customer service was very friendly. My plumber Beto Jr was great. This guy knows his stuff. He was quick and hard working. He was very honest. He told me more or less what to expect. I would highly recommend this shop and especially the plumber.

Tony was wonderful! They arrived on time and were friendly and listened well to my plumbing problem. They worked hard to diagnose the issue and kept me in the loop. They had to leave for more equipment but retuned so I would have full access to my bathrooms and water supply. Tony explained everything and gave me important follow up steps for the future. I would highly recommend this company. It wasn’t cheap but it could have cost me so much more!! Thank you Tony and hard working professionals!

We need a new hot water heater and the People from Western Supreme Rooter were able to replace it within a day. They did a terrific job. Their workers were super clean and left our place exactly the way they found it only this time it had a new water heater!

He kept me informed of his progress and next steps. And he didn’t try to upsell me something I didn’t need but offered a suggestion about an additional clean out valve which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company Western Rooter! They exceeded my expectations!
