Friendly staff and very helpful. They go above and beyond. I came in looking for a sprinkler key they didn’t have it but they redirected me to the right place. Honest people.

I was double charged for a single cartridge that was over priced to begin with. The man behind the counter ran my card as a debit, told me it didn’t work, then ran it again as a credit. I called immediately and ended dealing with the bulldog Sandy that told me her bank told her it only went through once. What happened to customer service. Terrible customer service, my bank is handling it. Oh the amount they are dragging their heels is a whopping $32.69. Shame on Ray May

Great people. Always willing to help you with any plumbing project. Can't count the number of times they have helped me with a problem. They have always had a part I need even when fixing older plumbing fixtures. Give Ray May plumbing a try, you won't be disappointed.

I love supporting local businesses, and every time I visit Ray May, I'm reminded why. I'm just a homeowner picking up small parts for DIY repairs, but they always treat me well and give great advice. I've never gone wrong with them.

This week I needed a replacement cartridge for a sink faucet repair, and after getting the part out they told me that Moen gives a lifetime warranty and would ship it to me free. It cost them a (small) sale but earned my continuing loyalty and respect. These guys are the best!

The amount of help Tom gives me is invaluable. When I think I know how to fix something simple, he offers me advice that I otherwise would have messed up. Their prices are about even with Home Depot for their parts and they have some really great fixtures as well. Whenever I'm in the area I always get my things from Ray-May Plumbing.

Came into the shop looking for a part. They didn't have it (turns out no one does), but the gent at the front took time to help me find alternatives, and suggested where i can get the tools i would need; truly a class act. Once home i realized i wasn't experienced enough, and could potentially make the matter worse. I called them back, and they were able to send out a plumber within a short amount of time. He completed the job, and at a very reasonable price. Overall, I was very impressed with this place. Highly recommend them.

Steve and his team were great! We moved in, and got a recommendation from a local technician to work with Ray May when we ran into an issue that required plumbing. Armando came out to assess, and was honest, funny, and direct with the possible solutions. He and Jake then came back to fix the issue swiftly for us. Love that we found a great local company to support, and give continued business to. I would recommend them to anyone in and around Upland.

We really appreciate this professional organization. Armando is a total pro and installed our dishwasher and water heater for a fair price and quickly. And they show up when they say they will? Amazing! Not looking forward to plumbing issues but if I do, I look forward to depending on Ray May Plumbing.

Tankless Water Heater Repair & Plumbing are Specialists for ALL Tankless models. If you have a tankless you want to call these guys. Professional great work at a reasonable price. These guys have all the parts and up to date information to complete the job right quickly. You won't get that with a general plumber.

Great job Daniel thank you for helping us today with our tankless water heater, I really appreciate your amazing service, very very glad I chose this company for replacing the heat exchanger, thermal fuse, and gas manifold plate. He was very thoughtful and reassured me he'll take care of all the big and little problems I was concerned with and didn't know about.
I called several companies and most of them were just trying to sell me a new water heater but you guys saved my life today with the fast response and same day service. See you next year for the annual maintenance, I trust only you guys now. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing. My tankless heat exchanger started leaking a few days ago. I spoke to Jessica and she promptly had Daniel come out to inspect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called the manufacturer and encouraged them to honor the warranty, plus had an additional rusted part added at no additional cost. Daniel knew we were out of hot water over the weekend so he made the effort to install the heat exchanger late in the evening immediately after they received the parts on Monday. The entire team of Jessica, Daniel, and Horatio are honest, friendly, hard workers. They stand by their work and are very accommodating to past customers. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any other needs!

I had them service my tankless water heater and he did that and more. He checked to see if my hot water worked after he serviced my water heater. He checked every sink and shower to make sure they worked properly. He was amazing!!!!! He made sure the water pressure was great and the water was hot. I recommend them 100%
I will definitely call them every time my tankless water heater needs servicing.

AYS was able to schedule us in last min. They sent a link with the ETA which was great.. Mike our technician was super helpful.. Introduced himself, put on his shoe covers and quickly fixed my toilet and answered my questions. He also showed me what to do so I did not have the toilet problem again.. Will definitely use AYS Plumbing in the future!

I am incredibly pleased with the service that I received from AYS. They were able to arrive within a few hours of my call. The problem was diagnosed and they quickly went to work after consulting with me. The discussion was clear and correct. Elijah Maldonado was the project leader. He was here all throughout the service period (2 days). His updates were continuous and succinct. Upon completion, the team stayed to clean everything up. Elijah then went over the work with me and made sure that I had received all of the electronic information that I had requested. The entire team were clean, well groomed and courteous. I waited 2 days to write this review to make sure all was working well....it is. I will definitely call on them again if I need any plumbing work done.

I had a new faucet installed by Mike on my kitchen sink and service was very smooth and pleasant.

They charge you 5% transaction fees paying with your card so better have cash ready or cut them a check other than that it was a great installation service!
