Not good after my new water heater service. After my new water heater installed by this company, they don't want to do anything and answer my questions. Same time I call another plumber company, on the phone they show me how to correct the problem when I don't have hot water, even they are not doing any service for me.

Called 1 week ago to request a quote for installing a water conditioning system. I got a quote, confirmed it twice, and purchased the system. When it arrived, I called back to schedule an appointment to install it. When I asked about the installation quote I was given before, the dispatch person started laughing at me and said they don't sell anything at that price. I asked if he remembered speaking with me when I got the original quote, and he just continued to laugh. When I asked for an updated quote, he told me to go F myself and hung up. At first I thought this was accidental, so I called back and politely requested an updated quote for installation again, he repeated the exact same profanity and hung up on me. Based on similar reviews below, this behavior seems to be a pattern. I informed the water conditioning OEM and they will be taking this business off their recommended installer list.

Updated to respond to the false feedback from the business owner: I did not call back "10 minutes later pretending to be someone else," I called back ~2 minutes after he hung up on me because I thought we had been accidentally disconnected. I started the second call by affirming who I was, that we had just spoken 2 minutes earlier, that I thought we had been accidentally disconnected, and that I only wanted to understand what the updated quote would be. The fact that the business owner just lied about this interaction and takes no responsibility for telling me to "go F myself" twice only underscores the legitimacy of customer feedback about abusive behavior that others reported here and on Yelp. It's 2020 and the internet never forgets, so I've attached a screenshot proving the timestamps of the calls, and I also have a witness who listened to the second call on speakerphone who can confirm the chain of events and the profanity used by the dispatch person.

This is horrible Customer service, before and after charged money, she is two different kinds of person. She, Norma, has broken her twice promises for my payment Invoice. When she charged money very fast and polite, after charged money, oh my God, so many excuses, "I am super busy.", no answer my phone. gave me the promise and not completed. I had made so many phone calls and finally she block my phone number. I only asked her to email me my Invoice. They replaced my Water Heater on 04/12/2019 at Glendora. So far, I am not receive my Invoice yet. Maybe she did this way, because she asked me to pay $50 additional transportation fee and I said "No". Because we are agreed $525 to do this job( Replace Water Heater and transportation). REPEAT AGAIN, I ASK MY PAYMENT INVOICE ONLY.

The manager (??), James (if that is his name as he wouldn't let me speak with anyone else and he answers each time I called), lacks customer service skills. "Have a good life," hanging up the phone, and then not picking it up when you call back is about as childish as anyone can be when I simply said that their pricing was high as there was a warranty but he said I had to pay for the labor to which I simply said if I have to pay that I would rather work w/my plumber.

Noticing the majority of any "good" review is not current. That should tell you something...

My GE wasn't heating to temperature. I called this morning, had a technician about 2 hrs later. He offered to adjust the thermostat but this is a low cost 6 yr old heater from Home Depot and I didn't trust it. So even though I appreciated the offer to adjust I asked for it to be replaced. Nick had the part on the truck and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Collier and I am sold. They are now my plumber company of choice. I was so happy my wife told me to tone down my review or no one would believe me. So this is my review, "toned down."

These guys came to my house to check for a leak in the gas line, and it turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated. They were awesome! They worked tirelessly to fix the problem. Professional company. A&M Plumbing helped us with with an emergency pipe break. A dishonest competitor stopped by a day before and gave us quotes up to $12,000. It turned out to be a busted pipe cap Albert fixed for free. Very Grateful for your honesty Albert thank you!
