This was such an easy process. You always dread when there are plumbing issues. You know that it is costly when dealing with plumbing. I actually found RedHead Rooter through Yelp! I liked that they were a veteran owned business. The pictures of what they repaired made me feel as they knew what they were doing. Also, when I explained the issue, they put me at ease over the phone. When Athens arrived he was knowledgeable and worked to resolve the problem. I also like that even more of the team came to ensure the quality of work. I would definitely use them again. They came prepared for the task.

I called Redhead Rooter directly and they sent out Damian the next day. Damian initially came to try to unclog my kitchen sink drain but failed to do so. He came back the next day, used the hydrojet and finally was able to unclog and clean the pipe from the kitchen. He explained clearly the methods he was going to use and I understood them completely. He worked in the rain and mud but he kept my carpeted floors clean and took every effort not to dirty up my kitchen and floors. Other companies will not care.

Shane and his crew were the best I could have hoped for, with the job they had cut out for them. I was out of town when my wife called saying that we had a slab leak and that she called a local plumber. I was skeptical to say the least, but Shane took care of everything from locating the issue to replacing/rerouting all the hot water copper pipes in place of pex. He even helped with a couple unrelated issues (gas leak at dryer, and issue with the water heater). He was good at troubleshooting when he ran into an issue. Our homeowners insurance helped with the cost of the repair, but I still feel that his prices were also reasonable. I’d like to give a shout-out to the rest of the crew as well, who he was training and who also were very respectful and did great work. There were times that Shane was on another job and I they still came over and took care of business. Thank you for the help! We’ll be calling you again.

Had Redhead come out for a sewer snake , and Damien really had to put in extra work, Much more then expected. Really appreciated the explanation and he got it done. He even checked it out with the camera (free of charge) and we going the culprit, roots! But he was nice enough to walk me through a few options for future work. Overall fantastic service!

These guys came out and saved me a lot of money. They fixed my pipe that connects to the house and septic tank. The work they did was amazing and done very clean as well. Give them a call you wont be disappointed!

Called them today for help with a garbage disposal replacement and clearing a second sink. Nathanial came and did the needful. Was quite smooth and patient as he had to go back to get a better fitting replacement. Was able to complete the job same day. Great value and efficient! Was a pleasure to do business with. Greatly appreciated the senior discount they gave my elderly mother too!

Damian L. is the best technician that I've ever hired. He is so conscientious and knowlegeable about his work. He fully explained to me what needed to be done to fix my water problem and took extra time to help me understand everything. He went way and beyond the call of duty and I knew I could trust him. And the problem got done in time. I am very happy with Redhead Rooter and would recommend them highly.

A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

We had a major plumbing emergency late in the evening and RedHead Rooter responded quickly and professionally when we needed help the most. We called four places before we found them. Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump!

Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation.

Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals.

When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. We appreciated their responsiveness and the effort they put into resolving the situation.

They are my go to for plumbing moving forward. Thank you especially to Nate and Damien. Super great guys.

I can't get through the horrible phone system after you put your phone no in. I'm standing in my garage trying to restore hot water because my plot out and I can't speak to anyone in the office REALLY This phone system is unprofessional and poor customer Service.

Lenny the service despatcher was very rude to my wife and myself. We had a 11 am to 1pm window , tech showed at about 45 minutes early, we were not home, Lenny left a message on phone that he was sending tech to next job. We returned home at 10:40 called Lenny he said that we should have been home , He has no phone etiquette , patience , or scheduling ability . Dillon the serv tech returned soon after phone call. He was very polite and knowledgeable , he deserves 10 stars for satisfaction
