On Monday, I woke up and went to take a shower. Realized my hot water wasn't working. I went into my garage to see if the pilot went out on my water heater. To my suprise my garage was full of water. Yes! My water heater was no longer working. I started to call different plumbers to get a price on what it would cost to replace it. I called Redhead rooter and spoke to Shane. Shane was extremely helpful, very professional and had the best price for the job. I let him know that I needed someone the next day. Shane said he could have one of his guys at my house between 8-10am. The next morning Athen arrived on time to my house as promised. Athen was very nice, he was professional and he explained what he needed to do. I had many questions and wanted to know what the difference was between a regular water heater and a tank less water heater. Athen explained the difference and the cost. They let me know that I could finance it. The link was sent via email to me. The process was so easy and fast. After being approved I went with a tank less water heater. We have a historic home and had two bathrooms down, one with a clogged drain and the other with a broken toilet flange and a leaking shutoff valve. They responded and scheduled immediately, coming out the same day we called. They fixed our issues quickly and with great professionalism. They also showed respect for us, our house, leaving no mess behind from the repairs.

I had contacted RedHead rooter services for an ongoing issue with our kitchen sink clogging up all the time. Traditional snaking didn't help so I had them come out and hydrojet the lines.
Athens came out, quoted me the price which was definitely better than the 3 other quotes I had previously gotten. He checked the lines and after hydojetting them showed me the camera that went all the way through. He definitely did a great job and it came with a warranty.

OUR PROBLEM: We had a major sewer problem with sewage backing up in our kitchen and before our master sink and it was affecting our ability to use the washer. We needed a repipe and asked for a couple of quotes from bigger companies and some local plumbers and they were all good. However, when we met with Shane and RedHead Rooter, he gave us a free camera inspection to see what the actual problem was and offered a different solution that was cheaper and less invasive in our home. The other companies all said we would have to dig up holes in our house and Shane was able to provide a convenient and more affordable option that fixed our problem without digging up holes. It was surprising to me that a local small business like RedHead Rooter found that option and not the larger plumbing companies.

SERVICE: The project to do a new sewage pipe, new lining, install a cleanout, and patch drywall and concrete work was completed within 3 days. It was prompt and Shane communicated each time when they were arriving. After they finished and placed back the washer, they helped snake and clear out our sink and we found that there was a lot of junk in it. During the project, there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made and Shane always talked with me about it and shared his thoughts. He came over on the weekend to make sure the job was completed. Shane and his team went above and beyond with their service and communication.

PRICING: Shane is very reasonable, flexible, and understanding with pricing and the budget we had and we wanted to support a local business in our city instead of a bigger corporate company.

Giovanni did a great job evaluating the drainage problem in my house and after discovering, it was a bad corroded out check valve the next morning he came and cut the concrete, dug out the old valve and installed a new valve. I feel their pricing is very competitive and I’ll definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
