Do your homework, plumbing contractors like this prey on customers who have urgent needs by sizing up customers ability to pay. Unless you have really deep pockets and just want fast service they will give you an estimate without accurately considering the actual total labor required. If I'd shopped I could have saved at least $1000.00 of a $2200.00 bill for the 10 hours of manual work performed. The plumber worked 3 hours and the laborer 7 hours. Professionals can make$150-$250 an hour but laborers are charged at $50.00-$75.00 including taxes and insurance.

Without going into complicated details, I had some rather (multiple) tricky plumbing issues for which 2 other plumbing companies failed to provide a lasting fix. Dan Ru sent out Jack Sanchez, who was not only able to diagnose the problems, but explain them to me in a clear way and tell me exactly what needed to be done. It was the first time I'd used this service so I can't speak for their entire crew, but Jack is obviously a man who is very knowledgeable about ALL aspects of plumbing and very articulate at explaining things to the customer. Really, this guy should have his own business & I hope the company appreciates him and pays him well!

Fantastic service. The plumber came in, knew exactly the problem in my shower drain and cleared it! He even went to my other shower/tub to make sure it wasn't backing up. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable. Will use DanRu Plumbing again — highly recommended!

I called late afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for next day for 8am. They called after 8am and let me know George was on the way from Seal Beach. They said he would be here in about 20-30 minutes but it seemed safe to say there was gonna be traffic and he was going to arrive later than 30 minutes- which he did. George was very polite and respectful, he asked before coming in if he should wear booties to protect the carpet. He checked out my bathroom sink and gave me an estimate, he gave me possible scenarios in case something came up and what the costs would be. He was personable and friendly. Everything went great, the job was finished much sooner than I expected, and he even asked if there was anything else he could look at or if I had any other questions while he was there. I asked him questions about issues I was having with my backyard sprinklers and he was very helpful. He told us we could cap off our system or shut off the sprinkler lines. He also warrantied the work he did for us- he wasn’t able to warranty parts since we had already purchased them ourselves from Home Depot. I would definitely recommend this plumber.

I received three other quotes, before choosing DanRu plumbing. Their prices were great and the staff was very helpful. The technician was on time and knowledgeable, and didn't leave a mess after changing out my water heater. I highly recommend using this company.

Gio was friendly and very thorough explaining what needed to be done. He cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished with the work. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company and use them again. They were able to fit my situation in the same day I called. Overall, a great experience.

We had a kitchen main blockage pretty far down in the drain.. I had already disassembled most of plumbing and determined that was the problem.. After calling several plumbers with their outrageous pricing and telling me it could be a whole host of other things.. I ended up with Dan Ru and their $66 dollar clean out special.. Wow! I was really impressed from the time I called to advise about my situation and described everything I done.. They were no nonsense and tried their best to accommodate me same day in which they did.. Isaac came out, upon a brief explanation of what I did he immediately got to work and did a professional job explaining everything he was doing step by step. I had an excellent experience with this company and highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.. Ask for Isaac the tech to handle your situation!!

I requested bids from several plumbers in the area for a tankless water heater. Danru Plumbing gave me a reasonable bid and I was impressed with their professionalism. Josh from Danru came out, told me how long it would take, the price remained reasonable and since the install, no problems to report! I'd recommend and hire them again.

The service this company provides is exceptional. Finding an honest plumber has been a task to service the properties we own. one call to these guys got our issues solved, at an affordable price... and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone...something a few other services couldnt provide. Not only did they fix my mainline issue (something my city should fix) but they also repaired some old pipes! They guarantee their work too. They have a new customer with me!

I guess we should have read the reviews. Had them out 5/13/2020 to check out our air conditioner. Supposedly one of the circuit boards had blown out. Low and behold both needed to be replaced. Ended up paying them $1,100.00. Went to use our air yesterday 5/28/2020 and guess what, all we got was regular air coming through. Nothing cold about it. He came back today and now he’s stating we need a new unit. Mind you the unit is old (2003) but we’re wondering if we could have saved that $1,100 and put it towards a new unit. He quoted us $6,500.00 to replace this one. If we used them, which we’re not, we’d be paying $7,600.00 for a new air conditioning unit. We don’t feel they’re an honest company and are getting bids from others. Company’s with better ratings!

Sean from Cal-State Plumbing is truly a plumbing expert! When our water heater suddenly burst the day before Thanksgiving here in Upland, he arrived right away and replaced it with a better unit at a lower price than other quotes we received. But that’s not all—our home had a long-standing issue where the original plumber crossed the hot and cold lines, and for years we didn’t have hot water in the kitchen or other important areas. Multiple inspections over the years couldn’t solve it, and we thought it would require tearing out walls. Sean was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, restoring hot water throughout our house with almost instant delivery. While he was here, we also had him replace a sink faucet and install a new garbage disposal. The service was outstanding, and everything was cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. We couldn’t be happier with the results—miracle work by a true professional!

Brent came out on a slight emergency and fixed a leak and his prices are so GREAT especially considering it was a Sunday!! Very responsive, very knowledgeable and very good prices!
