Called 24 Rooter for a second opinion Said they could be over in 20 min, looked over sewer line with great video camera showing the break in the sewer line gave me a great price and said they can do it now and finish in 4-5 hours, they did working into the night and cleaned up everything when finished, would recommend to all friends and family. Chuck from 24 Rooter and Plumbing Inc. truly came to the rescue and saved the day (and night). We had a late-night plumbing situation that escalated quickly, and he responded right away and arrived in no time.

From the moment he got there, Chuck was calm, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. He jumped right in, assessed everything quickly, and explained our options in a way that was easy to understand, even at that hour. Somehow, he managed to keep things calm and even got us laughing a little, which was no small feat considering the situation.

What really stood out was how considerate he was of our circumstances. With the water off and small kids at home, he understood the urgency and made it a priority to get things resolved as quickly as possible. He made a clear plan, kept us updated, and was back bright and early (earlier than expected, we’re talking before 6:30am) to finish the job.

By the end of it all, my husband got an unexpected crash course in plumbing (and now definitely knows when to call a professional), and I somehow ended up with a tub that works better than it ever has. Chuck went above and beyond, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fully taken care of before leaving.

Santiago did a great job on re-piping our entire home. We got multiple quotes and ended up going with this company. Not only were his prices reasonable but hes an honest and very presentable guy. 24 Rooter & Plumbing came through for us. Had some issues with our washer water filling up our sink as well as our garbage disposal leaking. They came and found that our main line had lots of build up and sludge. They executed a resolution and left us in better shape. Thankful for their business and quick response.

What can I tell you about this company all other companies who came and wanted to give me an expensive quote and these guys are 24 hour ROOTER did the best job possible and save me thousands of dollars thank you so much guys. This morning I woke up in a full panic. A water line burst in my restroom and half my house was flooded. I immediately started searching for a 24 hour plumber, and 24 Rooter and Plumbing was the first company that popped up with five star reviews.
I called right away and Steven got here so fast. He figured out the issue immediately, a failed angle stop on my toilet, and thankfully had the part with him. He fixed it in like 10 minutes.

Fantastic Service! I had other company’s that wanted to do a lot of work. Santiago explained my issues throughly and my options. Due to potential costs associated with a repair which I know has to be done, Santiago recommended hydro jetting. I truly appreciate the various options which include options others never mentioned. I was able to get a temporary fix which allows me to Save for The bigger project.
