My husband and I are very happy with the service. Although the situation was unexpected, we called and, in less than an hour, Santiago arrived and took care of our plumbing issues right away.

He was very honest and showed us exactly what was wrong—no funny business—which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

He communicated with us throughout the entire process of installing new plumbing in our home, which we truly appreciated. The whole experience was quick, smooth, and stress-free.

Had a clogged double sink, after making Easter meal and these folks came to the rescue. Ezra called to verify that he would be here within the hour, and knocked on the door shortly after. He was extremely professional, wore boot covers in the house, and clearly communicated what work needed to be done. He quickly disassembled our cabinet plumbing and snaked our drain, after first showing us the obstruction, and telling us how to avoid it in the future! He thoroughly worked the blockage, and rinsed the sinks, operated the garbage disposal to ensure proper function before departing. Ezra is a really honest, knowledgable technician. MASSIVE THANKS to him for going the extra mile on EASTER SUNDAY.

Owner Santigo, brother Gabriel, Steven, Chuck, Danny were all great. After a camera review, Steven expertly diagnosed the issue and then ran the job as a 6 foot trench (Jr went all out digging) to pull out roots beyond belief. See the pictures, these were nothing a jet or grinder could ever remove. They replaced the section with ABS secured by strong reinforced commercial grade clamps and then ran fiberglass liner the remaining 20 feet to the street drop. At completion, Danny expertly jetted out a few remaining threads of small root clusters with the camera guiding.
Santiago's crews are so impressive. They're like brothers and their teamwork was so great to see. All in all, a great experience and the main drain will never have another issue in my lifetime. Whew!
