Two plumbers just left b/c both bathrooms were unuseable. They were able to squeeze me ahead of the estimated time (which was awesome b/c we were unable to use the bathrooms) and everything is working perfectly.

I can't say enough at how PLEASED I was with Danru's EXCEPTIONAL service and professionalism. I recommend them to anyone looking for an HONEST plumber. You guys are the best.

Very Please with the Sevice ( main line clogged). Rudy answered the phone at noon on Saturday and Christian the Excellent Tch arrived about 30 minutes later . Got my Main Line cleaned out and was on his way in about 30-40 minutes later. These people are Fantastic, Honest and I can not recommend them enough. Anyone, Anywhere Call Them. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.THANK YOU DANRU.

Updated review: after spending some $300 the issue has still not been fixed. The guy has been back three times and the toilet still leaks. He has also postponed 2 appointments and now gone missing. Not impressed at all. I hear this company is about to close. I hope they can fix the issue before they do.

Contacted them thru flyer in the Valupak. They came within the time quoted and charged $66 as stated on the flyer. The receptionist on the phone was friendly and professional. The plumber did the job quickly. The whole process took approximately 90 minutes from the time I called till the job was done.😊

Hi, my plumbing issue was handled by isaac. He was on time and patient he explained all the issue details to me and what preventive Maintanence needed to be taken to be taken to prevent kitchen clogging in future. He was so helpful and finished the work in minutes. Thank you isaac I would really recommend to mybcorona friends who has plumbing issue.

Up and coming new company. My waterheater decided not to work, I quickly looked for someone to service the waterheater the same day after calling a few places and having no luck I came across Danru plumbing they told me that the would make it out the same-day, to my surprise they were there that afternoon. They were curtious and professional. I was glad to take a hot shower that night.

Gio and Julia at Dan Ru Plumbing were outstanding! Julia, as the dispatcher, was courteous and exceptionally helpful. Gio, our technician, was prompt, efficient, and professional. We truly appreciate their coming to our rescue, and we highly recommend them!

Unhappy with the overall experience. The folks at DanRu were pretty responsive except the service guy showed up an hour early and I wasn't home.

The issues came from them gouging the wall when they moved the washer, and then poking holes in the drywall on the other side. (The drywall is poked outward so it obviously came from their work.) There's now a couple hundred dollars in repairs I'll have to do, not including replacing the drywall that was correctly removed. This is atop the 2400 bill for their work.

At least the work is sound and my water leak was fixed.

Danru plumbing really came through in my time of need. Technician Jack was extremely professional and completed the job correctly and quickly. I'd gladly call them again if I need plumbing services.

Their service is great and are extremely professional. However, their quotes tend to be out of the park outrageous. So just make sure you double check with other plumbers to get a fair price. I did and trust me I saved thousands!

Called on Friday 08.30.19 to get their $66 drain cleaning special, spoke with Rudy and explained that we are a business. We expected a huge up charge for a commercial location.. NOPE - still $66!! Isaac the Tech came out and spent 2hrs snaking the crap (pun intended) out of our sewer lines. Isaac was very detailed and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. Danru has earned our business on all plumbing needs for the foreseeable future.

I had a plumbing emergency today and began calling local plumbers, many didnt even answer their phones professionally and the one that caught me by surprise was Danru. They answered right away and even though their serviceman was en route to going home for the day they were able to reach him, re route him and accomodate us last minute to literally save the day! I cant say how impressed I was with their pricing, customer service and manners when dealing with them. I was also pleasantly satisfied to see that they are fully licensed and insured. On a special note the plumber that arrived was wearing appropriate safety wear due to COVID-19 and we felt alot more at ease as he was very respectful and dealt with our issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs! Top Shelf! A+

Josh did a great job on a next-day emergency toilet replacement. Based on that excellent performenance, I asked him to come back out for a more significant project. He worked all day on a Saturday, taking pride in his work and really caring about the results he delivered. It showed, and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend!
