Tom communicates well about price and work to be done. His prices are reasonable. Their crew of guys that cut the tress perform exactly what is outlined in the job. They are professional, nice, and take effort to get the job done well and clean up after they are finished. Will use them again on my next job!

I had a pine tree that had outgrown it's space. It was lifting up portions of our driveway and house. Removing it was going to be quite a job not only because of the size of the tree but because of the proximity of the tree to the house. Tom and his crew handled the job perfectly. The equipment was new and quite impressive. The crew was professional and respectful of neighbors. We had several neighbors comment on how nice and professional they were. I give Tom and his staff 5 stars.

Tom Day Tree service has a crew that is expert at what they do! The communication between the customer, the boss and the workers is clear and they carried out their job with accuracy and competence. I had some unwanted palm trees and a big bush of an oak tree that needed a beauty treatment. I decided to hire Tom Day Tree Service because 1) Johnny is so knowledgeable and experienced about trees and lovely to chat with, and 2) Their cost quote was exactly what I was hoping for, and 3) They have been in the tree business since forever.

First, the palm trees were removed. It was important to me that there be no stump or any evidence that those were there. Wish granted, not even a ghost remains. Second, the oak tree is a wonderful home and source of food to many animals. But it looked like a big blob. Thanks to the Tom Day artisans, it is now a very gracefully shaped work of art. Wow! I am frequently going outside to just stand and look at it. So beautiful.

The Tom Day team was extremely careful of all my plants and objects. For example, when they were ready to grind stumps, they placed a large barrier in front of my windows so nothing would hit them or affect the home air quality. They did this sort of proactive protection constantly with every phase and location. Where I asked, they were careful to rope-lower heavy stumps rather than drop them, nice!

I also appreciated the team's complete attention to safety. I worry about people doing potentially dangerous jobs, but after watching the team for 30 minutes, I had no worries at all. And they coordinated they work beautifully.

The clean up amazed me. They left the front and back yards much tidier than when they arrived. There was nothing left for me to do but simply enjoy the beautiful results.

Tom Day Tree Service is now owned by Tom's former Foreman, Johnny. As we have used this company several times in the past, I was happy to continue working with them. Communication with Johnny was great; he came right away to give me an estimate, and was able to get the job done within the same week. His crew arrived promptly, and completed the job within the estimated time frame. I appreciate the extra touches, like cleaning up excess pollen pods on the driveway -- not even near where they were trimming the trees! Totally safe and professional service.

Tom's tree service has a great response time and great customer service. I only had so much time to get my tree root removed and they came out and did it so fast. The machinery they used was so efficient I barely even noticed how long it took them. 10/10 recommend.

Also, I got to keep some of it for firewood since he always has extra!

Johnny was great with his bid process and his team were very hard working and meticulous. They trimmed my sycamore, oak and citrus. Cleanup afterward was thorough. They also placed root barrier to stop damage to my driveway. It was hard days work but the crew persevered and completed the job without issue. I am very pleased with their work.

Great service from this team! I called to have some trees trimmed, all the guys in the crew were professional and took care of my home. They even moved my solar lights so they wouldn’t get damaged from falling debris. They really went the extra mile. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Tom Day's Service thinned our bushy pine tree and removed our large, overgrown shrubbery very quick and efficiently. It was definitely. a "5" experience. The crew came in and out within 3-1/2 hours, which included the clean up. My neighbors were in awe! They are in my contact list for any future work we need done. They were awesome!

I just had 4 trees removed and additional trees trimmed and shaped. What a difference it made! The whole experience was really good, thanks to Johnny and the crew, who worked very quickly and quietly. I think the price was really reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the results. Johnny is very knowledgeable and was able to provide sound advice regarding removal of some 20ft queen palms with root encroachment to our pool decking. We also opted to get a couple mature trees trimmed and they came out beautifully. His team was able to get our project scheduled quickly and we are very happy with the results.
