I'm glad I booked a house cleaning appointment with Cida. Scheduling was easy and straightforward. The day of I was home to show Cida the house and the areas we wanted cleaned. I have multiple housemates so we decided to get only our common areas cleaned and not our individual rooms. Cida came with her own cleaning supplies and tools. I still let her know where our cleaning supplies were in case she wanted to use them. The house has never been cleaner!

I had no problem with Christina's cleaning service having children and sometimes the appointment is canceled but I don't understand not showing up, or not rescheduling the appointment. I have messaged them to find out what happened and to reschedule with no reply back. Completely unprofessional. On a good note, when they show up, they do great work.
