They were super nice and bathroom looked cleaner than when we moved in but they arrived 30 minutes late, there were streak marks from whatever cleaner they used in the oven. Blinds were still dusty. Didn't wipe down the baseboards, etc. This was supposed to be a move out cleaning to get our deposit back. I shouldn't have to spend $400 to be cleaning for hours after.

The two ladies that serviced our home today were great! They were professional, worked fast but efficiently! I highly recommend Cleanest Maids!

Initial communication was excellent. When I called and left a message, Ashleigh called me back in a timely manner. As far as the cleaning goes, they did a fantastic job. They sent out two cleaners to do the entire house and had a separate team of two to clean the carpets. Their price was very reasonable compared to other cleaning services. They were all pleasant. We would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used their service. I want to say their initial service was pretty good, with minor details that were not up to my standards, but more of a general clean. However, the second service was not as good as the first. So I am hoping the third service will provide a better result, especially in areas I would hope would not be missed or would receive more attention. Ultimately, I want a very consistent routine service so I'm hopeful.

I had a move-out cleaning scheduled with this company and asked for a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before the job. This is something I request from anyone working on my property to make sure both parties are covered in case of damage or injury. I work in property insurance, so this is a standard precaution I recommend to my own clients.

I actually hired them in 2020 for a cleaning and it went fine, which is why I reached out again. This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue.

Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.

Amazing service! Prompt with replies and really spent their time making sure everything was perfect. One of the team was even nice enough to offer to help us move something heavy; which she didn't have to but you can tell they wanted to help us get our house in top shape. Thanks team!

Coffee pot was not cleaned and a lot of my areas were not dusted thoroughly. The shelf going up the stairs was not dusted at all. The big mirror in the master bathroom was not cleaned. In the master bedroom, the vanity mirrors were not cleaned or make up mirror, and it doesn’t really look like they dusted. There is dust hanging from the ceiling fan cords. Also, the top of one of the dressers is completely covered in dust as well as the white cabinet too. The only thing that looks like was done in the master bedroom was vacuumed.

Cleanest maids did a fantastic job during my initial cleaning and I look forward to continuing services with them. We have 2 kids who love to make a big mess and our home is night and day after they provided there services.

Jaime is highly dependable and always willing to take on special projects, such as the attached stone path. We have enjoyed Jaime's services and pleasant personality for over 5 years.

I have used JG for approx. 10 years. My yard is 1/2 acre that is fully landscaped with 7 lawns and lots of plants and shrubs. Jaime has maintained everything so it is always neat and clean. He has helped me with many things that I have needed help with including replacing a wood railing around a large deck and he also built a gazebo. He has helped with irrigation and electrical issues and is always eager to help and does it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I highly recommend his services.

I've been using Jaime Garcia for a couple of years now on a variety of projects including new construction and repair work on fences, gates, plumbing, electrical and landscaping. In the last few months he installed all new sprinkler valves and lines and patio pavers. He can do it all! He takes pride in his work often coming by to check on things and tweak as needed. He is professional, fair on pricing, and completely trustworthy.

Jaime has been doing various work for me for several years now. He has done regular monthly maintenance as well as upgrading some landscaping. He is extremely reliable, a very hard worker and does excellent work. He always cleans up well after a job and is very helpful with providing ideas. I would definitely recommend Jaime.
