I was very impressed with this company and the crew who did the work removing two Palm trees and grinding the stumps. Communication was great and the quote I received was reasonable. They showed up on time and the work and clean up was done as promised. I actually had them come back the next day to remove some large Yucca trees and trim some trees. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

I inquired about some tree trimming with Pelletier and Mark responded quickly and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Mark’s workers were punctual, did an awesome job, hauled everything away, and left no mess. Reasonable rates and great service. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to my neighbors.

I found this company on Google, when the service my landscaper recommended was no longer in service. I'm preparing my yard for a swimming pool and I had two large and messy trees (Ash & Pepper) that had to be removed and stumps ground out in a short time frame. I called Pelletier and spoke with Mark who was very helpful. I sent him pictures of the trees, and the scope of work. He got back to me the same day (Friday) with a quote, and his team was out at 8am on Monday to do the job. That plus trimming two trees that will remain, took them only 1 day. The trimmed trees were expertly laced and not topped as many trimmers do to my horror. The team was friendly and helpful and confirmed the plan that we had for the trees. They cleaned up everything and miraculously they were able to work around my landscape lighting and sprinkler system. My neighbors asked for their number which tells you that the job was well done. I plan to use them for all my remaining tree trimming needs.

We had a relatively big job, since we had neglected our trees for several decades. The crew that showed up were truly hard-working, and almost failed to complete the job in a single day, as had been estimated. However, Mark sent a large clean-up crew in the late afternoon, and after a flurry of rakes and brooms, our back yard was in better shape that before the trimming. Highly Recommended !!!

His workers showed up on time (actually a little early) and got right to work. They were done in just a few hours and did a very thorough job. You could hardly tell there had been a tree there. They left the yard very clean. No payment is made until Mark comes and inspects the work after.

I was very happy with the service I received from Pelletier Tree Service. Mark was able to give me an estimate right away and in about 2 days his workers were at my house. We had 5 trees to trim and 3 trees to be removed along with the stumps. 3 workers showed up and in about 6 hours it was all done. They cleaned everything up and you can never tell they were here, other then how great my trees look. Such a difference. I will definitely use them again.

Last year I had Mark's team remove 7 trees from my property -- 3 were on a hill in our backyard, one was lifting the air conditioner, another was lifting our porch and the another lifting our driveway and walkway. His team removed all in a morning -- they are quick, clean up everything, and most importantly trustworthy.

So when my mom needed tree removal for her home, I knew we could trust Mark. He was able to come by the next day to check out the trees and everything was removed a day later -- 4 30+ year old cypresses, 4 smaller trees, and some much needed clean up of two huge palm trees. Her yard looks so amazing and we know the investment will last for years.

We were dreading getting our 3 overgrown 35+ft trees taken care of as they were squished between our fence and patio cover and also hanging well into the neighbor's yard.

Mark put all of our fears at ease and gave us excellent advice. Instead of getting them trimmed, we decided to have them removed (they grew over 3 ft/yr and the roots were coming up under our patio). We had called Mark on a Friday late afternoon; on Monday morning his crew came and took care of everything.

His crew worked fast, clean, and were very professional. Mark also made sure the tree removal was done and our yard looked good. Except for the missing trees, our yard, patio, and fence looks exactly the same.

We had two very tall palm trees that had never been cut back, a ton of ivy that needed to be cut back along with a ton of palm saplings that had sprouted up all over our yard. Pelletier Tree Service is AMAZING!!! I called asking about service and while describing what all we needed done, Mark said, "Why don't I just come now and take a look." He was here within 10 min. We had a dead tree and some random palm trees that needed to be removed, several fruit trees, and a large shade tree that needed pruning and to be cut back. He quoted us a very fair and reasonable price to complete the job the next day. His team was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property and our neighbor's. They even blew out the neighbors rain gutter of debris after trimming our tree! I would welcome them back anytime! I believe that we'd benefit from having regular maintenance service on our trees, and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Mark provided a good price to trim 5 large overgrown trees and 3 smaller trees in my backyard. The team worked hard for 2 days to complete. Wow !! You can’t better service than what you get with Pelletier ! I have taken shortcuts in the past to save money and after realizing it’s never worth it because it’s true “you get what you pay for”! I reached out to a handful of tree companies to cut down my massive eucalyptus tree that was hovering over my entire home causing a threat of falling any day. Pelletier was the only company out if 8 companies who took their time to speak to me and give me an honest price. The company picked up their Trash , cleaned my roof after they removed the tree , they were on time , respectful of the neighbors property not blocking cars or other driveways. I recommend this company who wants the job done right and honest.

Mark went above and beyond. It was a huge job, our house and driveway are surrounded by brush and trees and they worked solidly for two days doing the most fantastic job to make sure the whole property was fire safe and up to code. Would work with them in a heartbeat. Also really kind, nice guys.
