Our small shop's opening did not take long before we hired a commercial cleaning service, and the difference became instant. The room was now conducive to a feeling of welcome. The customers observed, and, frankly speaking, so did we. It was a pleasure to enter the place where it was not in a hurry to fix it.

You can tell they are trusted cleaning experts by the way they go about their work. They posed questions, listened to preferences, and were attentive to details. I was free to leave them in my house alone, and that is a lot. It was wonderful to reenter clean rooms.

They cleaned a property for one of my clients. Unfortunately, unlike thier Antelope Valley sister company, they were not able to get the dog urine oder out of the carpet. Av must use a different "pet ur8ne moral treatment" than this facility. Nice people, though. The tried.

Victor and Jeanette were a pleasure to work with. I called for a sofa, area rug, and bedroom cleaning and they made it happen quickly. The work was done excellently and it was dry very quickly after. Will be calling them again!

So much better than the rest. Best carpet cleaner in Santa Clarita. The two others I used either did not clean up good or left behind shampoo in the carpet. Chem-Dry is way better! No shampoo left between and its non-toxic.

Great carpet cleaning. sneezing all night due to allergies so Chem Dry came through to save the day. No more sneezing at night so now i can sleep. My wife loves how soft the carpet is when was doing yoga. I highly recommend Chem Dry.

Chem-Dry is a really good company, was referred by a friend to go through them.They are very professional and get the job done right! Completely took out the stains and left my carpet fresh. I called Chem-Dry because I needed to remove cat urine from my upholstery and surrounding carpet. I wasnt certain they were going to get it out since I tried on my own numerous times and failed. The smell would hit me in the face as I walked downstairs. They used a urine detector to find the markings and their professional pet removal solution. I was amazed that after a little while, the smell was gone and never came back! I would highly recommend Chem-Dry and I will certainly be using them again. Very professional. Great experience!

After checking a few prices, they were the best!!!. Brittany was very nice and helpful over the phone. I didn't think chem dry would be able to remove my stains from my couches,boy was I wrong! Rocco is the best..

Gothic Landscape is the worst landscaper I’ve worked with. They leave trash everywhere and don’t clean up. I understand it takes times but why do they take so many hours to clean up after themselves. They also have the worst drivers never using any turn signals. They drive slowly in my neighborhood staring at the residents and the kids which is very creepy.

Hired Gothic to install root barriers on our palm trees. The crew did an exceptional job. Crew kept areas clean and safe. I highly recommend Gothic for all your commercial landscaping need.

The drivers are driving, super reckless and are at a job site nearby my place leaving their lunch trash everywhere. Do not recommend unprofessional. You gotta carry yourself in a certain way when you’re driving a company car with a company name on it.
