My thermostat stopped working. I called and explained what was happening. They scheduled Thomas to come out to evaluate and repair. Thomas was on time, evaluated the problem showed me the issue and that it needed to be replaced. He replaced it and everything is working now.
Fast and efficient. Anything else in the future will be a quick call to Tassio.

Brian was great. He explained everything he did, located the problem and fixed it under and hour. Definitely call Tassio again!

Ronnie did an excellent job. He was quite thorough and explained everything to me very well. He was very helpful and helping me decide what work I needed to be done. I’d love to have him out here again.

Thomas was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and provided a couple of solutions. He came across as an honest person with good work ethics.

Tassio always does a great job. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They take a lot of care so you know what’s going on. Been using them for years!

Ronnie Perez was soo great it was a pleasure to meet him and he spent a good amount of time working on the heater checking on it and the AC he was good and kind. I hope to c him again next time I have service from you guys. Great employee. Thank you for sending him

Danny did a fantastic HVAC installation for my parents in Northridge — he and the crew (Gustavo and Hector) worked hard in the heat, and they finished ahead of schedule. We’re really grateful for their effort.

We had Ronnie out today To fix our furnace.. He showed up on time and was able to fix Or replace parts needed , To get us running again.. Ronnie . was extremely polite and courteous.. I would recommend him in the Tassio team to anyone I know .. Thank you kindly, the Lewis family.

Ronald and Esteban showed up promptly on time and got started with a job which was replacing an air conditioning condenser. Work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. Ronald and Esteban were very friendly and willing to answer. any question I had.

Ronald found the problem right away and explained in detail how he could fix it. He then did just that and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. He then explained how yearly maintenance would help keep my unit in better shape. I was very pleased with the service that Ronald provided.

The service provided today was excellent on all accounts. Brian Harper is a great technician. I really appreciate how he shows me pictures of what and how he intends to handle the repairs needed.

Tassio techs are always professional and courteous. Excellent communication when setting up appointments, and they arrive when they say they are going to. They always do a thorough job on my yearly AC/furnace service and they show you what might need repair in the future as well as taking care of any immmediate issues. Ronnie Perez was my tech today, and he was excellent! I always recommend Tassio to anyone needing furnace or AC repair.

Brian was patient and very nice. One of my thermostats broke so I kept moving one thermostat upstairs and then downstairs. When it stopped working, I knew I blew something. He tested everything, and there was only one other possibility, and it worked to fixed the problem. He was great through the whole process of elimination.
