So we had a dangerous situation with our tree in our front yard. It was around 40+ foot sweet gum tree that had lost 2 large branches in the last month. The last being Saturday August 17th, 2024. It fell on a vehicle and had posed a serious danger to anybody walking underneath it. We called Zac’s Tree Service the next morning and he was able to immediately come on scene within. 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable with the best tactic of removal. He gave us a very fair price without taking advantage of the situation. We scheduled him immediately and he showed up the day of the appointment 30 minutes early and was ready to do business.

I was very impressed with his get it done attitude but still took the time to explain to me what his plan was. He cut and removed the entire tree including cleaning up the debris in less than 3 hours. I was very impressed. My experience with Zac was top notch and I would rate his business 5+ stars. I even forwarded his contact information to my boss because I was so impressed. I highly recommend Zac for any tree removal job or trimming.He is very skilled and knowledgeable about his profession. Zac's Tree Service should be advertised as Artistic Surgery. I had a complicated job involving structures in the way and he showed a level of expertise in safely dropping them that made me question if he forgot to put another zero on the left of the decimal in my quote $. I had a huge oak tree that had root rot, hanging over my house and deck. Zac hooked and cut the tree and all of the branches without damaging my roof, deck and somehow missed my well established plants!

Got notified by our insurance agent that I needed to trim the branches that hung directly over our roof. I contacted Zac's Tree Service and he was super prompt in responding to my message. The next day, Zac came out for an estimate. Aside from taking a look at the problem branches as indicated by the insurance, he reviewed the entire property holistically and identified any other possible hazards. His bid was very reasonable. He came back two days later to complete the job and he did awesome! He provided me pictures post-trimming that I could submit over to my insurance. Easy peasy. Thanks Zac for all your help! All I can say is wow, the service and care provided by Zac's is just incomparable. I highly recommend Zacs Tree Service. I needed a lot full of trees trimmed and Zac was able to come out the next day and get me a quote. He had fair pricing, did a great job working around my schedule and had the job completed in the time he promised. I looked into various tree services and decided on Zacs after reading reviews and talking to other folks I know that had used his company. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I do when I come across a business that has great service and I feel others will benefit from using them. If you need some tree work done give him a call.
