Zac’s tree service is personal , professional and fairly priced👍🏼
Zac came out gave me an estimate to remove 2 trees , we agreed on the game plan and price , got to chat with him a bit which was nice - he is a great guy. He asked if he could get to work asap and i said yes… ba boom ba bang he busted it out and the rest is history!
Very hard worker, good at what he does and an overall great guy- i highly recommend Zac’s tree service‼️

Lone Pine Tree Service was TOP OF THE LINE in my view, after dealing with 3 other Tree services before this one. Well organized, licensed/bonded...big crew worked well together...careful of my flowers and whole yard looked swept when they finished cutting down 2 Poplars and trimming another high tree back (using their expert climber and 2 men on ropes pulling limbs.) They know their business and did not hurt utility lines nearby. They have first rate top of the line equipment , chipped the small branches and carried off the huge base pieces in a truck. All of this done in under 2 hrs. flat. If you did not know my yard before this work was done, you would never guess that so much had taken place and no trace or mess of any kind left behind.

Had a very large tree go down during storm system that hit the area with heavy rains and high wind. Lone Pine responded quickly to assess the situation. They did an excellent job removing the tree. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and have the equipment to get the job done. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend you contact them if you have a tree issue.

This review is long overdue! We hired Joel and his crew to come out and trim all of our trees and remove an oak tree. I always check Contractor’s licenses before hiring. The company is bonded & insured, which is extremely important on a job like this. I was impressed by Joel and the team’s professionalism. When he gave us the bid, Joel told me some of our trees did not really need trimming because the previous person had done a really good job on our birch trees, and so he could just trim here and there. We had many trees for them to work on, and a huge hedge that had grown far too high for us to even reach with a ladder. And who wants to do that when you’re in your 70s? He explained everything to us that would be done and documented it. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Fortunately, we did this before the big storms or knows what would’ve happened with that diseased oak tree. The saying, you get what you pay for applies here. It’s really important in this business. It cost a little more to have someone licensed and insured, but it is well worth the cost, due to the liability. It is amazing to watch the process, and it is a dangerous job. This team really knows what they’re doing and did not leave one dip it in our grass from huge branches falling. They roped them all and controlled the falling branches. I highly recommend them. I just had to come on here and recommend a tree company that I was super impressed with. They were professional, clean and reasonably priced! They just took down, bucked up, chipped and cleaned a huge cedar, in 2.5hrs.

I had 6 very large trees cut down and they did this all for a reasonable rate, cleaned up afterwords, hauled it all away and I will call them when I need more trees to have removed or trimmed. Joel was great to work with. Returned phone calls and was very fair on the estimate. His team showed up at 7am as I was told and within 2 1/2 hours had 13 queen palms trimmed, 2 almond trees and 3 large shrubs shaped and trimmed. The clean up was done to perfection. I highly recommend Joel and his team.

This company did an EXCELLENT job today!
Besides being friendly, nice, polite and punctual, they did an excellent job taking down an oak close to our house and deck. They protected our driveway and other plants as they cut the tree piece by piece; cut the wood in lengths, neatly stacked it where we wanted, cleaned up all debris and saw dust. They were very well organized , finishing in less than two hours! We will call them again when needed and definitely recommend their services!

Based on neighbors recommendations, I requested an estimate for the trimming and pruning of my 19 Oak trees.
Estimate: Joel came out and was very professional and explained the effort required and the cost for a couple of options. The cost was on the low end of my estimate so we fell it was a good price and value for the service. A time of 2 weeks was tentatively set, but they were able to coordinate a time a week earlier. (rating: 5/5)
Tree Service: Team of multiple people, lead by Alex, came promptly at 7:15 am and got started around 8am. It took them about 6 hours to complete the pruning of all the trees, with half of them requiring a person climbing the trees to trim and prune. When completed, the trees looked great. Alex was very communitive and ensured that my needs and special requests were addressed. (4.5/5)
Finishing/Cleanup: This is an area that seems to be an issue for most "returning the property to the condition, it was before". Alex and his team did a nice job with the cleanup of the debris with only small branches around the property to pickup and dispose. A small nitpick, the days following as I walked around the property (4/5).
My overall review is a 4.5 of 5. Lone Tree Service Company are professional, timely and provide a good value service. I will use again. Thanks.

Lone Pine was very efficient in their work and went above and beyond what I had expected. The clean up was as if they were never there and the entire crew was very professional and accommodating. The owner, Joel, was responsive and easy to schedule our appointment with.

Shout out to Lone Pine Tree Services. We had several large trees that had both blown down in the wind as well as some that needed to be taken down due to being unsafe and damaged. Joel and his team made short work of all the issues, taking down the damaged trees and removing all of the debris and wood, we were amazed at the speed and efficiency. The area looks wonderful and will be easier for us to maintain safely. Great job👍

Joel and the team were exceptional! Fair pricing and totally professional. They were in and out in under 2 hours and left my property clean. A big plus when choosing a tree service company is the equipment they use. Lone Pine Tree Service has a 'hi-reach' truck with an extendable crane. This was incredibly important for me, as my property has limited access. Pruning from the 'top down' is much safer and aesthetically gives them better access to correct pruning. They did a great job.
Side note... as they were pulling their hi-reach out of my yard, the back wheel on the truck clipped my sidewalk, causing the corner to crack. Most companies would sweep that little 'mistake' under the rug. Not LPTS. Joel alerted me right away and stated that he would have it repaired immediately. The next day, he had a professional union mason worker over doing the repair. Job done perfectly! A+

Joel and his crew arrived on time and did an amazing job. The clean-up was remarkable, leaving the yard in great condition.

Having inherited a neglected property, lots of work was needed: tree & stump removal; major pruning; power line clearance; etc.
It was difficult to find local people to do the "big stuff," and we were very happy that Lone Pine was available and willing to come to Sonora.

The price quoted was competitive, and the work they did went beyond our expectations!

We asked last week for recommendations on tree trimmers in Copperopolis and everyone had recommendations.
We ended up going with Lone Pine Tree Service out of Valley Springs. They were quick with a bid and let us know that we were below the “minimum” work so we would be paying slightly more than what they would normally charge. I let them know that we had additional trees that could be trimmed and they said great! We ended up having 3 mature trees trimmed as well as a young tree. The crew arrived with 5-6 people, a bucket truck and a limb shredder. They made quick work of what would have taken me a weekend. Alex made sure we were happy with the work as well as the cleanup they did. I would highly recommend this company.
Time from bid to service was under a week and I feel it was a good value.

The team was great, courteous and cleaned up everything. From the moment Joel came for the estimate we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommend! Before, during and after (before stump grinding). Now the yard is “naked”.
