Jeff W. did a great job cleaning my dryer vent duct today. He arrived early (with my ok) and got the super long run of duct work really clean. He even retrieved some items I'd lost behind the machines. 🤣

Robert Pineda, Aire Serv technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable of my 8 split units HVAC. He clearly explained the condition of each unit and made suggestions to keep my HVAC running smoothly. I greatly appreciated Robert’s professionalism. I hope he’s my tech when I have my next planned maintenance in the Spring because his service was outstanding.

The Aireserv personnel was immediately responsive. I had them come out to do maintenance on and evaluate my very old gas heater/electric air unit, which may have been 30+ years old and was not energy-efficient at all, especially compared to the Heat Pump system, which I learned about several years ago. After much discussion, comparisons of products and price evaluations I elected to completely replace my old system. Once I made the decision on a Friday, the work began the next week. Work was completed in 3 total days and the cleanup was impressive. I may have to hire them again as house cleaners! All 4 workers were friendly, courteous and cheerful and worked well as a team. I did not hear any bickering or complaining. They worked hard and steady, an uncommon behavior these days. Because of their professionalism, I signed up for 10 years of 2x per year maintenance.

My experience with these guys was excellent. They were courteous, respectful on time installed three baseboard heaters professionally with a subpanel they cleaned their messes up and everything works perfectly. They’re great. I would recommend it to anyone that needs electrical HVAC done. These guys are great.

Got to our cabin and no heat! Called and they sent Jeff who quickly got to work and found multiple issues. Had everything he needed and showed us what was compromised and needed fixing. Straight forward price for each step. No surprises no upselling just honest great work. A little more expensive than I was hoping for but well worth it to have it done right the first time. Thank you your card is on our fridge for next time!

I had a carbon monoxide alarm incident at my short term rental that involved the fire department evacuating my guests. Having no idea what caused it, I hired Aire Serv and Joe responded on a Saturday morning. To my relief, Joe identified the cause right away, the water heater was configured for natural gas and never converted to propane. I needed a new one and Joe got me a price right away. He was back Tuesday and the job was done Tuesday evening. Throughout the interaction, I was delighted by Joe's professionalism and expertise. I was not able to be at the property, Joe was able to access everything via lockbox key and instructions over the phone. He was very respectful of the property and locked up after the job was complete. I had the work order and invoice in my email within an hour.
I don't know what else you could ask for, thanks for taking care of me, Joe. You're a lifesaver.
