Im a contractor in LA for 22 years. Ive worked with numerous contractors but nothing as professional as TipTop Restoration.

Let me tell you a quick story: there was a client of mine in the Sherman Oaks area that had water damage. All I know is just repairing the damage, but I dont know anything about mitigation and drying. This is where TipTop Restoration comes in. I called Dan from TipTop and asked if he can assist my client with the water damage before I perform any kind of repairs. To my surprise, Dan sent his crew the moment a hung up after speaking with him. Dan, his crew, and the his team of multiple estimators handled this job seamlessly. Oh did I mention that this wan an insurance claim? Yep, they handled every documentation with the insurance company and had the cost of mitigation and repairs covered. My client was extremely happy with me, mainly for referring Dan and TipTop Restoration.

Will definitely refer my clients to Dan and TipTop in the future. Truly a class act and a true professional!

Our toilet leaked and flooded our bathroom and bedroom. Dan and the TipTop crew came out almost immediately and I was very pleased. I used to be in the carpet and cleaning business and I know the importance of getting things done ASAP. They put in the fans to dry out the carpets and the pads. They did good on getting everything dried out. We saved the carpet but they tore out the bad part of the pad and that had to be replaced. They were very conscious of what they were doing and had the little machine with them to check the dryness. It was great.
There were three different guys that I talked to from TipTop and each one was quite knowledgeable, very friendly and did their jobs really well. We will recommend them and if we have to have such service again, we'll call them for sure.

There was a huge leak in my laundry room. I checked Google to see what I could do. I discovered TipTop Restoration. Their reviews were really good so I gave it a shot. They offered free inspection too when I called so that was a big plus for me. Within just an hour of making a call, Willie arrived and discussed what my options were. He installed machines and applied anti-microbial treatments to address potential issues.

What impressed me even more was their flexibility in accommodating my request to avoid any unnecessary demolitions. Despite my initial concerns, Willie efficiently worked around my decision. He was able to dry and restore my laundry room pretty fast. It's been several weeks already and everything is still in good shape. Their service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!!!

When our basement flooded after a storm, Soler Company showed up within the hour. Their team was professional, polite, and worked efficiently to remove the water and dry everything out. They also helped with the insurance paperwork, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend them!

They handled all six floors quickly, carefully, and professionally. Jerry, the manager, kept us informed and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this company.

Do not ever use this company. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. They will stick a few fans in your house for a few days and bill you for a couple thousand dollars. Horrible customer service. The worst service experience of my life.

I find it kind of funny that most of the 5 Star reviews come from people solely reviewing contracting services (does this mean someone is plumping up their rating and the company they’re working with) Hmmmm. It’s going on 4 MONTHS on a job they said would take a couple of weeks tops. Still not done. So far we’ve had people putting out cigarettes on our dead grass (definitely not a fire hazard in Southern California). Had them store heavy machinery at our house for weeks (they were done using them after day 3). Called you guys, left messages, and even emailed...no response (very professional). I have more to say but as I said earlier they’re not done with the work.

I needed urgent repair of my kitchen damaged from water. Called several companies and only Voge was available in acceptable time. They resolved issue same day, excellent service, very trustworthy company!
