Had a water leak at our house, and it has been stressful to say the least. However, Dereck and Brandon have been amazing. They have been professional since day 1. They answered all my questions since I had never dealt with this issue before. They came ASAP to provide fans to prevent further water damage. They came in regularly to ensure no further damage was happening and kept checking in almost daily. Their team were quick to come and close off the affected area so we could be cleared for Asbestos. If you are dealing with a water leak I know how stressful it is but their team helps lessen the load.

I would suggest not using this company. I had work done in April of 2024, cut them a check for $7122.97 on 5-30-24 for removing 2 half walls in my downstairs 1/2 bathroom. I was told that was the amount owed and didn't think anything of it. "Mr. Trotter, Voge Inc I left you a voicemail and emailed you. ASI paid you for our service payment cleared 31st of July.... we need payment this week to avoid lien. - So they waited damn near a year to let me know they are owe another $7604.16. Called my insurance and that is correct I do owe them the money, now I work in facilities and know for a fact that this has to be the worst markup in remediation history. Called up Voge to pay $2500 today and $2000 a month until paid in full......... the response was "we are not a bank".

We had a leak in our shower that created major damage to the floor and the wall. Voge Inc sent Derek to our house to address the damage. Derek was very helpful ! He took a lot of time with both assesing the damage and explaining the scope of work that would need to be done. He was respectful, considerate and always available for any other information we needed. He also dealt with my insurance company directly to explain what needed to be repaired. THANKS DEREK, We really apperciate your help.

Michael, Melinda and the Voge team were a pleasure to work with. They turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience when we had a water pipe burst and water damage in our home. The insurance company was giving us the runaround but the Voge team guided us every step of the way. They coordinated with the insurance company and relieved us of an abundance of stress. Voge has been wonderful to work with. We have called Derek at Voge twice now for different issues in our condo, the first time they came out to check potential water damage in our property, they gave us an honest evaluation and gained our trust. The second time we called, we encountered a larger issue and have been able to work hand-in-hand with Derek and Voge's team to help with a water damage issue that has involved coordinating between our insurance company, Voge, plumbing company, and an abatement company. We are currently in the middle of the process, and Derek and his team are always quick to respond and have been able to monitor the status of the job every step of the way.

Michael is an excellent mitigation specialist. He is friendly and goes above and beyond to help his customers. We are really appreciative of all the help he gave to us when another unit flooded water into our unit. He was able to detect where water had gotten into our walls and quickly set up his drying machines. We highly recommend working with him and his team.

Vogue Inc responded quickly to my upstairs bathroom flooded. They are very professional and reliable. They also coordinated with my house insurance throughout that this entails.

I am writing to share my experience with Voge Inc. following a recent water damage emergency at my home. Initially, my wife and I were grateful for their prompt and attentive response. They were quick to dispatch someone late at night to begin mitigating the damage, which was a relief during a stressful time. We signed a document to authorize the initial phase of work.

However, as the process has unfolded, several aspects have caused us significant concern and have unfortunately turned this experience into a considerable challenge. I feel it is important to outline these points for others who may be considering their services.

Firstly, despite multiple requests, we have not been provided with a clear scope of work for the services being performed. We were only offered pictures, which lack the detail needed for a comprehensive understanding of the project. When we specifically asked for the scope of work, we were informed that the insurance company had it and had approved it, but Voge Inc. was unwilling to share it with us directly, even after our repeated requests.

Secondly, it has now been two weeks since the initial mitigation and demolition work was completed, and an invoice has still not been sent to our insurance company. My direct requests for the invoice have also gone unanswered. This lack of timely billing is causing unnecessary delays and complications.

Thirdly, during our initial contact, it was indicated that Voge Inc. handles projects from mitigation to repair. However, we have since learned that they operate using third-party contractors, requiring us to sign additional contracts with other businesses. This was not clearly communicated upfront and adds a layer of complexity that was unexpected.

Furthermore, due to the lack of transparency regarding the scope of work from Voge Inc., I contacted my insurance company directly to obtain it. Upon review, I identified some items that raise questions. For instance, there is a charge for paint removal in an area where drywall is also being claimed for removal. Additionally, regarding the kitchen cabinets, while the demolition is complete, there is still visible damage on the top portions. When I discussed this with a representative, I was told that insurance would likely not approve the repair, but it should still be documented – a point framed as "working for the customer."

This last point is particularly concerning given previous reviews I have since seen, which suggest potential issues with billing transparency and customers receiving charges for work they were unaware of.

Overall, our experience with Voge Inc. has lacked transparency, and we have been kept uninformed about critical aspects of the process. As of today, we have not seen an invoice, nor has our insurance company. We are now considering further action to address these issues.

While our experience has been far from satisfactory, I hope this information will be helpful for others making decisions about their service providers.

Excellent service from Derek,. He was always on time, professional and fixed our problem quickly. We trust Derek for any work around our house. Skilled, fair and reliable service every time. I would highly recommend Voge Inc! After a plumbing issue that resulted in water damage to our kitchen we were connected to Voge Inc through our plumber. We have had the opportunity to work directly with Derek, who was amazing! He was responsive to phone calls and messages and remained patient throughout our many questions/concerns. In addition, Derek advocated for us with our insurance throughout the process. Two other employees, Brandon and Ernesto completed the demolition work. They were polite, clean and on time. We were very impressed!

Derek and his team (Brandon and others) has been super nice, thorough, and communicative with me and my husband. They opened the floor/walls cleanly and ensured the water seepage was completely dried before referring us to their trusted remodeling agency (David with Next Level Remodeling Inc).
