I Can't say enough great things about SKS Construction. They are very professional and they do everything by the book. They did 4 earthquake construction projects for me and we had a lot of surprises which they worked with and find the cheapest solution to overcome them. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend SKS construction. SKS did earthquake retrofits on two of our 8 unit buildings in the Pico Robertson area and the process was very pleasant. Aside from obtaining permits in a timely manner, they were punctual, professional, organized and never disturbed our tenants during construction.
