This is place is ok for some regular staff or even less. Very small material availability.

I needed a single, discontinued replacement bulb. This place was recommended to me by the distributor. Alex at Van Nuys Electrical Supply kept the bulb, made calls looking for the bulb on my behalf and then did the internet research to find where I could order the bulb myself knowing that he would not make the sale or recoup any money for his time and efforts. He just wanted to make sure I found the correct bulb for my home. You don't find service like that anymore. Highly recommend

Entrance is only on the parking lot side. Has parts other electrical supply places don't have. If he doesn't have it in stock he can obtain it for you.

The owner refuses to take back returns. It’s illegal To not take returns if it’s not posted as all sales are final. On the receipt, it shows a 10% restocking fee, but he’s not even honoring that.

Fantastic service! I was looking for a very specific part which was very hard to find. He went out of his way and contacted so many places and finally found me one. It was very interesting that he didn't simply turned me down with a big NO WE DON'T HAVE IT! I was amazed! The person who referred him had told me that he has parts nobody else has, that's why I went to him to begin with, but I wasn't expecting this good of a service!

I wanted to remodel my house and add recessed lighting and I am very glad that I chose positive electricians to do the job. They were very responsible on time and professional. They added recessed lighting all throughout the house and charged me a reasonable price too. I will definitely call positive electricians again for any future projects!

Needed some emergency electrical repairs at a rental unit and John was kind enough to take on the job on a holiday weekend. John was courteous and a pleasure to work with. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the quality of the work was exceptional. He provided estimates ahead of time and answered all my questions. Highly recommend John for any electrical issues for your home or business. I own a physical therapy clinic and lost power to a portion of our office. John responded quickly and was able to diagnose and resolve our issue in a timely manner and also made sure to keep our office space clean and neat. If you have electrical issues, definitely give them a call.

Called the 800# in the afternoon and told them my problem. They said to text name number & address so I thought I would hear from them tomorrow at best. About an hour or so later Greg & Yuri are in front of my home! They were professional, courteous & friendly. Assessed the issue and fixed it (changed the breaker switch that was tripping) also found what could have been a bigger issue (water leaked into the panel). I will be calling them back again. 10/10 I highly recommend 👌🏾

I had an emergency issue late at night with an outlet in my home and John came out right away. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and help put me at ease, as well as replacing the part. Would definitely recommend for any electrical needs, whether emergency or standard.

These guys were the best electricians that I have ever used and I would not hesitate to use them again. They did excellent work and they were also nice guys. They came out at 10:00 at night. One of the breaker switches had broken. It is an old building so they had to get a new breaker. They were out the next day with the new breaker. They also labeled the panel which is a big help.
