I had two shorts on kitchen outlets so called Positive Electricians for help. Two other electricians didn't even return my call until 3 days later. John at Positive Electricians answered my call and directed me to his website to upload pictures of the outlets I want replaced. I really liked that the estimates were sent via email quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment easily.

The service was provided on time and was excellent. Cleanup was done before and after and all outlets were checked. He even helped me with getting my trash compactor working - apparently it needs oil after long periods of non-use. Thanks Rubem!

John and his crew came and installed the Tesla charger and they were fast and efficient. I also asked them to install an outdoor socket separate from the charger and they did it with a reasonable price. John was very responsive to my texts and emails. He followed up with the LADWP inspection after the installation so that I can apply for the rebate. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and am happy to recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Extremely happy. I had a problem with my already installed wall connector. I contacted Tesla and they recommended me to Positive electricians. Called them in the morning and left a voice message. A Second later John called. He was polite, friendly, and extremely courteous. He immediately understood the issue I have and realized what could be wrong. Asked me to send pictures and in no time sent me an estimate. Gave me an appointment for the evening and showed up promptly on time. Very approachable and pleasant to talk to. Will always recommend and refer John and Positive electricians.

First I would like to start off by saying that the Team at Positive Electricians were extremely responsive. John offered to come out the same day to provide a quote for the charger installation and made sure he understood the scope of the work, including finding the receptacle that was pre-wired into the house for the EV charger service.

When it came time for installation they were flexible on the days and on the day of the team showed up on time. Peter knocked the work out quickly, the installation was done in a clean and professional manner. I am looking to have some other electrical work done in the house and Positive Electricians will be my first call.

I needed a water filter in my kitchen hooked up to electricity. They did a great job circumventing a problem with the outlet working with the garbage disposal and the water filter. They did such a good job, I had them remove an outlet in my outdoor courtyard that was old and sticking out of the ground. Something I worried about. They also replaced an outlet in my bathroom that was old. They were readily available, efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company!
