Wilmar was professional, punctual, and is clearly an expert in his craft. He took the time to explain the cleaning process and addressed all my concerns with care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch couch cleaning service! The only reason I would even consider taking off half of a star would be around the pricing. I feel that he could have been more transparent upon my contacting him; however, I also know it's hard to be completely transparent without seeing the work first. Alejandro was amazing!!! He answered my call right away and was able to be at my house within 30 minutes. I had a huge ketchup stain on my white couches 😩 he was able to get the stain out and he was fast! His pricing was great! I will 100% be using him again!
