Excellent service!
I called and was able to get a next day appointment. Alex stopped by in a timely manner and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet and couch that had really bad stains. We have two dogs that have had accidents and track in dirt and mud. Alex was able to get all the stains out and it looks like new!

Luis and his crew were excellent. Our place has never looked cleaner. Highly recommend their service.

Looks Better Janitorial Service. I met with Luis to get an estimated. Luis looked through the house and his estimate was good and fair. The crew showed up on time, with all there equipment. Latters, mops,etc. And went over every inch of my house. I had just fished a 3 year remodel. There was dust and dirt everywhere. They cleaned the walls, windows, floors, fans, counter tops, the inside of the cabinets, everything in the house cleaned. With a smile.

Quote & booking: I started looking for cleaning services using Angi, and Luis gave me a call in minutes. Getting a quote and scheduling were an easy process from there. Out of everyone who reached out, he was also the only person who seemed to have read my initial message explaining what I was looking for, which is what gave me the confidence to go ahead and book with Looks Better.

Service & Results: Excellent! Showed up on time, with own supplies. The team was very thorough and all of our appliances look practically new. What I was most happy about was the walls, baseboard and hallway. Our dog loves playing in the hallway and it had gotten really dingy over the years. Now though the walls are finally white again!

Overall I booked the deep clean to prepare for taking home listing photos and I'm very glad I did.

Luis and his team offered deep cleaning services inside the house and power wash outside . Their work was professional, meticulous and had all advanced equipment and skills to ensure every space of the house was cleaned to perfection. They left our new home super clean, disinfected and smelling new.

Such an elevated company across the board. What a refreshing pleasure. My call was responded to within moments. A consultation and walk through was scheduled within moments. I purchased a home that the previous owner had left pretty nasty. There was a lot of debris left outside as well. I needed some professional assistance.
The owner Luis showed up early for our walk through. He was communicative, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Very professional.
When our cleaning and power washing date came- he and his team once again showed up right on time. They were amazing. I have used many cleaners and none were as thoughtfully thorough as this one. They went above and beyond in all of the nooks and cranny’s. I have a very discerning eye and they truly exceeded my expectations. When I arrived back they were on ladders taking off every window screen and cleaning them, there was a woman on the counter, cleaning every nook of a light fixture! Every doorknob, light switch…The thoroughness and care spent was truly exceptional. The Powerwashing made the house and yard come alive!
They allowed me to feel like I was moving into a fresh brand new home. They were kind, enthusiastic, friendly, and pure professionals. The cost was very reasonable. Across the board- A++++++

The owner/person representing herself as “the boss” was the very essence of unethical. Classic bait and switch.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! The cleaning was alright but they stole all of my roommates bathroom products (and when I say bathroom products I mean they took nearly full shampoo bottles, unopened toothpaste tubes and toothbrush packages, and everything in her medicine cabinet from allergy medicine to tylenol, leaving only a few empty bottles in the shower) and they stole the most expensive few articles of clothing out of my drawers. When confronted they were very rude, to the point of hanging up on me once, changing their version of the story (from "we didn't take anything" to "we threw away a couple empty bottles" and still expecting me to pay for the cleaning. Why would I pay you $200 if I have no indication that you're going to reimburse the over $500 worth of property that was stolen.

If you have already booked them, cancel or make sure you watch everything they do. They will offer to "organize" your closet and steal a couple expensive items, hoping it will take just long enough for you to notice. And check their garbage bags before they leave for your expensive beauty creams and other items that are not trash.

Do not trust these people!!! I would give less than one star if I could.
