-10, if possible, typical bait and switch. Advertisements show a set price, the guy shows up and quotes completely different, much higher rates. Reviews are not real..

The cleaner who arrived confirmed the office is consistently quoting prices just to get the business and the clients are upset when the cleaner arrives and quotes a much higher rate.

I used ALEN LOPEZ today and he is a FANTASTIC PERSON and his carpet cleaning has the best quality service and the carpets came out sparkling clean after they were not cleaned in a longtime. I would highly recommend using Alen Lopez since he is very reasonable with his pricing, very nice as a person and one YOU CAN ALWAYS TRUST BOTH AS A PERSON AND FOR HIS COMPANY.

I do not recommend this company. They did not give me the correct quote on the booking date. On the service date 2 technicians contacted me and gave me quotes of $250 to clean a can urine spot on the couch, and $550 to clean additional 2 cushions. The price of $69 on the website is incorrect advertising.

It doesn’t matter what price you get quoted, the cleaners that show up will come up with their own price. Couch ended up relatively clean. Carpet left soaked. If I didn’t need it done that day, I would have shopped around for service.

Worst cleaning attempt ever recorded by humans. The couch cleaner spent less than 2 minutes making it look like he was "cleaning" my couch. He said to me "you dont pay us for the time, you pay for the job". I asked him to speak with his manager and the company never got back to me. If you want a wet, dirty couch (which was all I received), then pour a cup of water on your couch for free. I have the receipt from organic choice from 11/12/24, and the phone number they wanted me to reach is on their website (a perfect match). We were trying to get the couch cleaned before my baby was born, sad!

Steven Lopez was great! He was quick and efficient and very nice. He went above and beyond to complete his job with one couch and two mattresses. Amazing!!
