This company is absolutely horrible.  First I reached out to the company and requested them to come to my house to do an inspection and possibly start services ASAP.  I had an appointment scheduled from 8 AM to 12 PM, only to find out at 1130 AM when I called in for an update, that my appointment was cancelled by their team for no reason, absolutely no explanation given.  I am escalated to an account manager who apologizes and advises me he will re-route a technician to come out today and is very sorry for the inconvenience.  I am told a technician now will arrive between 1 and 4 PM.  No one shows up.  I then get a call at 530 PM the technician has run out of time and no one will be coming today.  I lost an entire Saturday waiting around all day for these people to show up just to do an inspection, this was an absolute joke.

Do not use this companies services. This was just to setup an appointment for initial inspection to obtain my business, i could only imagine how horrible this company is to work with once they get you under a contract and have already been paid.

Super professional and caring customer service. The technician that came out was also very nice and explained everything in detail.. I am impressed!!! Will definetly be referring and using in future.

Christopher the technician that came out was incredibly helpful, punctual and informative. I will definitely be having him come back as my tech as well I continue to use Brooks Pest Control for future exterminations. I highly recommend this company and this technician.

The technician Juan at Brooks company was very knowledgeable, he explained the process and he did a great job!

Adrian completed his job by verbal explaining what was require to catch the rodent. He completed a inside and outside inspection. When done he took me on tour to the location of the trap To tip him I really need to see action from the trap. But he done a clean job

Efrain was on time and professional. He listened carefully and made some adjustments to accommodate the issues. That made me very happy! There are positive signs that the treatment is working!

Super friendly customer service when I called. We got a great deal for them to come out for a gopher issue.
Our technician, Christopher, was kind and professional. He's really knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. He didn't mind me watching him because I was genuinely curious about how the work is done. He knew what he was doing and helped me understand how the gopher tunnels work.

So far, I'm very impressed with this company.

Don’t believe a word this company says. I have contacted them before stating I don’t want them to spray in the rain. When I called to cancel my service with them they said they couldn’t refund me for today because they put product down. My service is for cleaning the eaves, granules on my lawns and spraying for insects. The tech sprayed my front porch and left. They do things like this all the time. I still cancelled my service with them! Don’t use this company!!!!!

Brooks Pest Control has been a game changer for our family home. I can't express enough how nice it is not to come across any ants. Very happy with their service, we had the inside and out side done. Our service young man was very professional explained everything in detail. Will recommend these services to my family and friends.

Brooks has been handling our flea and mosquito control for a couple of years now after we had a really bad flea outbreak as well as a terrible mosquito problem. Brooks helped us out initially with spraying anti-flea chemicals in the house. We have a large, luscious garden with a cat and a turtle that wander the yard freely. The garden is also full of frogs, birds, lizards, pollinators, helpful bugs and spiders, and occasional raccoons and possums, and is a thriving mini-ecosystem. My big request to Brooks was to leave spiders alone in the yard, and not spray pesticides outside. Instead we opted for mosquito traps and granules that prevent mosquitos and fleas from laying eggs.

It's been a couple years now and the fleas have never returned! The mosquitos are ALWAYS a problem, and probably more-so because I don't want to spray pesticides, but we're good about eliminating standing water, and the traps and granules have decreased the number of mosquitos from what we had. The technicians are always friendly. Most importantly, Brooks has done really well in documenting my requests such that I don't need to tell the technician every time to not spray pesticides or mess with the spiders. (I've fired other pest control companies after having to tell the technician over and over every time they showed up)

I’ve been a customer with Brooks for a few years, Staci has been the most meticulous technician. She took her time and made sure that our property was free of spider webs and nests. I am so happy to continue my service with Brooks

I had a great experience with Darryl! I wasn’t at my home the first time he showed up as I missed his caller ring me know he was on his way. He was nice enough to circle back to my house later in the day to make sure he got the job done. I appreciate the extra effort and his willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend their services.

Jacob is always super nice and accommodating. He understands my concerns, addresses them ,which, allows me piece of mind for my home and my dogs.

Customer service fails to schedule services at times with any convenience which we have asked for aince the beginning . 3 services that techs arrive early and we just receive a message that property can't be serviced due to our dogs being out. Technician also did not message if he was able to return for the service at the time we asked. Tech then notified us that the time designated to him for our service was between 8am and 12noon. Get your things together we get charged no matter what atleast provide the service and schedule them properly.

Aaron was awesome and super thorough. I chatted with him about a fruit fly problem I was having and he was able to workshop options for me and my home.
