Home Services reviews in Van Nuys, California

First I got this cleaning company recommended for our office and the girls from "Two Sisters" did a good job! Usually I don't order cleaners home, but recently I had "emergency" situation in my house and after I finally "moved out" my roommate... So I called , manager Victoria said one girl, Yulia can come asap, like next day. I had only about 4hr and its 2 b/2b townhouse so I just ask her to clean at least what she can for now , because bathroom and carpet was a mess... Whatever, I was in the garage and when I came back she finished everything upstairs including stairs(!!) and started cleaning kitchen!
I’m NOT saying you need to call them and ask to do ton of work in short time! I’m saying its hard to find any workers in LA who gets to pay hourly and actually using this time properly and care about the result of their work! So I thought they deserve long review :) -
I am thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Two Sisters Cleaning Company. Their attention to detail is truly impressive. They scrubbed my tub and left my restroom sparkling clean. I was particularly pleased with the use of clean and safe products, which is a great bonus. I didn’t need to give them any specific directions, as they cleaned everything meticulously and even went beyond what I had anticipated. It’s a relief to find such a reliable cleaning service. I'll definitely be calling them back for their outstanding services.

A great place to nice plants for Valentine's day.
-
I can't really say anything bad about this, except they kinda need an expert in the back who knows about plants.
-
It whas fast...but they need more people for assistance in the areas.

Great Home Depot for the kids project with Randy.

Well l am a home owner so I have to come here often. The service is decent as long as you find someone knowledgeable enough you are good to go. Garden has a good selection of stuff too.

Their prices have shot up. Quality is not as good either. I bought miracle grow today and the shelf was full of broken boxes of miracle grow that was covered with dust and spider webs. That tells me it's old merchandise. Miracle grown forms hard clumps when it gets old.

Affordable and convenient shopping for garden items. But I think Lowe's has slightly better quality items for the same price. They both price match each other's weekly coupon savings books but not online offers.

Loved it, fresh flowers to put a smile on loves one and raise heart beat! :)
-
The employee’s appeared to be lazy don’t want to work and when help was requested, at 15 minutes no response, when I attempted to get someone to help they immediately turn around and left.

It's unfortunate that I don't have a closer option as I would take it if I did.
Every time I go to the Home Depot it's almost impossible to find someone to help me. When I do it's typically someone that I have to track down.
When I ask questions in the garden department the people there are always totally clueless which I find strange. Why would you be working in the garden department if you have no idea of what I'm talking about or can't give me any information on the items you do sell?
The other super annoying part of this place is the people who DO want to help me seem to track people down in the store. Why? Well, they don't want to help you but they do want to sell you something. They either want to get solar in your home, or send someone to your house to give you tips on something or other. And, how hard is it to get these people to go away? You have to be rude or lie through your teeth. -
Self checkout blows. Overcharge on an item. Proved it to them. Then they want me to wait in the return line for a refund. On a Sunday? After making a scene a manager did come over and take care of us. All the props in the world to her, but come on.
