Jonathan was our assigned technician and he arrived in time, after inspecting the area that he was going to treat/clean he explained everything to me. He did a fantastic job in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company, this is the second time I have used their services.

Fantastic job! Came to clean my 5 year old son’s white shag wool carpet with multiple stains of MANY kinds and Richard got them all out in less than an hour. Rug is already fully dry less than 24 hours later and the rug looks good as new. Can’t recommend them enough.

Richard is excellent at what he does, and is very thorough. My swivel chairs look incredible! He didn’t rush and cared for my property. I think the service is a bit pricey however, but in this (ridiculous) economy, I understand; everything is getting pricier. I’d totally use them again!
