We contacted LA Carpet Cleaning about an heirloom Persian area rug that had been passed down in our family. It had several pet stains, had been stored in our garage while we decided what to do with it, and unfortunately suffered water damage during the heavy rains in late December and early January.

From the start, they were friendly, responsive, and professional. They arranged a pickup the very next day and walked us through a detailed assessment. They explained that the rug had a moth infestation, some color bleeding likely caused by the water, fraying edges, and missing fringe—all of which they were able to repair.

The estimate was thorough and the repair costs felt very reasonable considering the amount of work involved and the value of the rug. We really appreciated their transparency, knowledge, and care with something that has sentimental importance to us. Highly recommend them if you have a special or delicate rug that needs expert attention.

I booked CleanBusters for mattress cleaning and Dale did an AMAZING job. I honestly didn’t realize how much dust and buildup was trapped inside my mattress until I saw the extraction process. Dale was professional, on time, and explained everything before starting. He vacuumed the mattress first, then treated the stains and high-traffic areas, and after that did a deep steam cleaning. The amount of dirt that came out was shocking. The mattress looked visibly cleaner, stains faded a lot, and the whole room smelled fresh after it dried. If you’re dealing with dust, allergies, old stains, or just want that hotel clean feeling, I highly recommend Dale from CleanBusters. I will 100% book again

Jevon came out and did a great job cleaning my $7000 mattress. It had coffee stains, dog pee, marker, and it was nasty. After he did his magic the mattress came to life. He did such a great job I had him do another mattress for my daughter

This service is not to be trusted. They ruined one of my rugs - my best one and refused any communication or response when they were made aware. They tried to dump the dirt from the rugs on the sidewalk. The cleaning person does not listen and tries to intimidate you when you attempt to dialogue. It was a mistake to use them and a mistake to trust them. I asked them specifically if there in-home service was safe for my wool rug. They said it was and it was not true. At first I thought they did an okay job. They pushed for a review immediately and at first I gave them a good one. But when I realized my best rug was ruined, I contacted them. They completely blew me off. Now, my recourse is to sue. What a drag. Also, they give short-shrift... They were ok for synthetic, but even there, when there was a stain - one - they made no effort to remove it. Just the once over with the machine. So, so much for all the experience and diligence their cleaner claimed to invest in doing the job. Really sad because I believed they were sincere. But when there was a problem, they disappeared.

Your search for a quality carpet & upholstery cleaning service has ended. With how expensive couches are, if you need your upholstery cleaned don't chance it by going anywhere else. This team knows what they're doing. Outstanding job done by our rep Justin who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly to boot. The couch had suffered severe water damage from the rain during a move, and he revived it from the brink of death. Night and day difference from before and after he was done. Their office was also very helpful and timely in getting the appointment set up for the next day (thank you Chloe). All around great work and couldn't recommend them more. Priced properly & pet friendly.

Fantastic service! Needed a deeper clean of some carpet than my hand vac could muster. Called up LACC early in the morning, got an appointment through Chloe for the following day, but she was ready willing and able to switch it to the same day I called when an opening in the schedule presented itself! Justin, who cleaned the carpet, was a real nice, funny guy and did a hell of a job. Huge rec!

Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning came through for me big time! I booked an appointment to have my living room carpet and area rug deep cleaned, and Marcus showed up right on time. He walked me through the process, gave a clear quote, and got to work right away. The results were incredible — all the pet stains and lingering odors completely disappeared, and the carpet looked brand new again. You can really tell they use professional equipment and know what they’re doing. Scheduling was simple, and the office followed up to confirm everything, which I appreciated. Great service, fair price, and amazing results. I’ll definitely be calling them again for my upholstery next time.

After reading the reviews and ratings on various platforms, I called Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning for a quote. It was nearly 1/3 of the quote for the "fancy" company I'd been referred to (who had worse ratings, btw.) Communication was clear and friendly, and Richard stayed as long as it took to do an excellent job. We had a pretty gnarly stain on our upholstered headboard that had built up over years of hair product, etc., and Richard got the headboard looking like new. I was happy to give them my money when it was all said and done, and I'll call them again in the future.

Setup a call with the csr rep and we made an appointment fairly quickly. Richard who was the tech that helped me was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing as well as educated me on the materials. We had a fairly large job for scotch guarding and Richard handled it professionally and seamlessly. I highly recommend this company as they are probably the best in the game. I have also used them in the past at my home for upholstery cleaning as well. Thanks for the good work I can’t wait to work on future projects as well.

Beyond satisfied with our service. I was able to easily schedule this appointment on a weekend…… The company was in constant communication about the appointment and on the day of, I was able to get a locked in time of arrival.
Justin was our service Tech and he was punctual (early as a matter of fact), kind and very informative. He took the time to explain the whys of certain stains and how they can and cannot lift from certain fabrics. Could not have asked for a better experience. Although this was the first time I’ve utilized this vendor/company, I will absolutely recommend them for any projects moving forward.

This must be at least my third time with LA Carpet Cleaning, and there is a reason for that. They are professional, efficient, kind people who do amazing work. They listen to your needs and give great advice. They aren’t salespeople trying to take advantage of you. They are people who genuinely care, from Gary to Chloe in the office to Jonathan and Richard and Ernie and more in the field! I wish there were more stars to give.

I’ve used LA Carpet Cleaning twice now (once in July and again this December), and both times Richard and the team have been absolutely incredible. They are always personable, patient, and genuinely kind — especially when dealing with the heinous, audacious messes my cat leaves behind.

STAY AWAY!!! They messed up all of my moldings and walls. They paid no attention to using corner protectors. This is a brand new house that I haven’t even moved into. Absolutely abysmal.

Richard came to clean our sofa and a rug. He text me right at the start of my arrival window and arrived on time. I was very happy with how personable and professional he was and he answered my questions and concerns straight away. He confirmed the price which was almost identical to the quote I had been given over the phone and then commenced with the service. It’s great having all of the machinery and water away from the house in their truck and only the tubes entering your property (not to mention a much quieter experience!) Richard told me it would take around 2 hours and he was exactly right. All in all I was thoroughly impressed either with this company, would use them again and recommend them too!
