They showed up at my two-story home, but instead of using a ladder, they claimed they couldn't access the roof because their workers didn't have the necessary permits to work at heights over two stories. They offered an alternative solution with a boom and ladder, but it's clear they're not willing to take on this type of job. When I asked one of their technicians if he'd be able to do the job, he wasn't interested and just went back to the American Home Shield office, saying they didn't have access. The whole experience left me unimpressed.
