We've relied on this company for years, shelling out thousands at our two properties. Over that time, we've replaced AC units, a furnace, and just hired them to do a full duct replacement in one of our homes. We also kept service plans active because we trusted them and valued the relationship.

However, this latest job has completely flipped our opinion. Kahn was hired to complete a whole-house duct replacement for our two-story home, but the work never got done. The crew left, we were charged, and when we tried to use our downstairs heater, it didn't work. When Kahn came back to fix the issue, they told us the job had only been half completed.

Since then, communication has been abysmal. The supervisor on our job has consistently failed to follow through, shown no urgency, and refuses to apologize. We're fed up with dealing with them. We've called multiple times, asked to speak with someone higher up, but no one's followed up.

After years of loyalty and significant investment, we're appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism. It's clear they need someone in charge who can take ownership of this mess and fix it now.

We hired Luis to get a mini split for our garage, and Gilberto handled the installation. The whole team at Kahn, from the office staff to the installers, were courteous and efficient. They offered competitive pricing, but their customer service really stood out. We were initially taken aback by the cost, which can be steep when you factor in a licensed and insured professional, but we're happy with our choice and would definitely choose Kahn again if needed.

Be cautious when dealing with this company!

I reached out to them on November 20, 2025, after seeing their $59 Facebook ad for an air conditioning system check. A technician showed up, charged the fee, and left. However, my AC started experiencing electrical issues soon after.

Other HVAC companies confirmed that a correction was needed for the electrical connection.

Initially, when I contacted them again, they were unwilling to come back unless I paid extra for another service call. Things changed when I posted a negative review on Facebook – someone from the company reached out, asking me to remove it and promising they'd resolve the issue.

Despite this, I waited four hours for their technician to arrive today. When he finally showed up, he called his manager, who informed me that the problem wouldn't be fixed and that I needed to speak with the manager again. The technician left without resolving anything.

The original promises made after removing my review were broken, and the issue remains unsolved. I'm sharing this experience to warn others before using their services.

Abbey and his team are top-notch - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely professional.
